Our house is build on the old farmland of the family Hart and till today more than 70% of the inhabitants of the neighborhood are family members. Lovely 1-Bedroom Apartment with Pool Waterfall Car

This is a very Cozy, Clean, and Modern place. There is a hot shower. We have a large gazebo with dining table and a grill. It’s located in the middle of the island area Paradera. 7 Minutes from the airport 10 Minutes from Downtown and 12 Minutes from the high rise. There are small supermarkets nearby. We have the option to rent a car with free airport pick up. The place has a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall that will be cleaned professional twice a week.
