Excelente estadia, casa bonita e aconchegante, limpa e arrumada, com todos aparelhos necessários à uma estadia confortável. O anfitrião Kaio, extremamente gentil e prestativo, sanou todas as duvidas e nos fez sentir em casa, recomendo a acomodação a todos e voltarei com certeza.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. Imóvel exatamente igual ao anúncio. Local bem tranquilo e silencioso, ideal para confraternizações. Anfitrião muito bem receptível, disponibilizou formas e lenha para fazer pizza à lenha, além de todos os equipamentos para churrasco.

A casa é linda, com bastante espaço a vizinhança tranquila e a estadia foi bastante agradável. Tudo como descrito no anúncio. A Lilian sempre muito simpática , respondia rapidamente, nos deu bastante dicas sobre o local. Adoramos!!! Alugamos a casa para passar o aniversário dos meus gêmeos, todo mundo amou. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.

segunda vez que vamos com a família e sempre aproveitamos bastante. A casa é cuidada com muito capricho e zelo dos donos, além de serem atenciosos. acabamos aproveitando a infraestrutura da casa e pouco saímos. esperamos voltar em breve.

Adoramos nossa estadia. Quartos e roupas de cama muito cheirosos. O lugar é lindo, muito tranquilo e reservado, mas ao mesmo tempo a menos de 5 minutos de carro da rua princippal e comércio. Wi-fi da casa funcionou bem o tempo todo. Cozinha bem equipada. Rodrigo e Andra foram anfitriões muito gentis e disponíveis para tudo q solicitamos. Nos sentimos muito à vontade. O banho foi o único ponto q em princípio achei q não seria tão bom já q estava muito frio, mas era mais o macete de pegar o jeito. Abrindo bem pouquinho a água ainda saia com pressão e quente. Então, nada a reclamar.

Foi um final de semana maravilhoso. Atendeu as nossas expectativas. Casa maravilhosa e agradável. Desejamos voltar outras vezes. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e agradável. Gratidão Jaqueline!

A melhor localização da Barra, apartamento corresponde com as fotos e descrições, dinâmica fácil do prédio, lugar calmo e ambiente sempre limpo com a limpeza diária que é feita no apartamento. Sr. Mário muito atencioso e disponível! Voltarei!

Excellent séjour chez Marcella et son petit paradis avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine dans un écrin de verdure. Hôte très sympathique et réactive, c’était parfait 👍 Très facile de fonctionner avec des Uber pour aller partout dans Rio !

Apartamento excelente. Fácil acesso e muito bem localizado. Superou as expectativas! Área de lazer completa também. Piscina aquecida, sauna, hidromassagem… Espaço para o qual gostaria de voltar outras vezes certamente!

We’ve stayed at tons of AirBnBs over the years and Andre and Raul’s was one of the coolest and Most memorable ever!! Andre and his father Raul were so incredibly kind, and the most gracious hosts. What we loved from start to finish - * Andre helped us get a driver to the house easily from Copacabana * Check In was flexible and he allowed us to store our things after we got in early * The home itself….omg it’s so awesome. Just like the pictures if not better! I wish we had booked for a week! * Amazing hiking nearby with trailheads that started right down the road leading to beautiful vistas, waterfalls, and monkey and toucan sightings! * Speaking of monkeys, we loved that on our first morning there one particularly friendly one came by to say hi! * The community is lovely, and we had a blast meeting some of the nearby neighbors who were also so welcoming * Views are absolutely stunning, especially from the back deck of the house and the pool! Thank you so much Andre, Raul, & (Lola!)

Un departamento muy cómodo en el piso 31 lo que permite unas vistas de la ciudad muy lindas. Cuenta con muebles, aparatos y utensilios que resultan muy útiles para los viajeros. La terraza es muy linda y la piscina es fenomenal, climatizada y grande. La ubicación es excelente, algunos lugares cercanos son el Museo del Mañana, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, solo por mencionar los más cercanos pero en Uber llegas rápido a muchos otros lugares en menos de 10 min. Eliane siempre estuvo atenta, respondía rápido y mantuvo buena comunicación en todo momento. Muy recomendable este apartamento que está en el corazón de está gran y bella ciudad.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially loved spending time on the balcony — the view was beautiful and so relaxing. I also enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach just steps away. Thank you for a great experience!

O apartamento é ótimo e as pessoas que trabalham no prédio são gentis e solícitas. Fiquei plenamente satisfeita!!

Das einchecken war Problemlos, der Portier wusste über alles Bescheid. Die Wohnung is sehr hut geeignet für 4 Personen. Sie war sehr sauber. Handtücher waren für jeden vorhanden und die Betten waren schon bezogen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sicher ( Condominio ) alle Personen werden kontrolliert. Luiz war sehr gut zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns auch neue Handtücher angeboten - das war aber nicht nötig da es auch eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung gibt Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Luiz Wenn wir mal wieder unsere Familie in Sao Goncalo besuchen werden wir wieder versuchen die Wohnung zu mieten.

A casa é uma delícia!! Super aconchegante e confortável. É uma casa completa! Roupas de cama e banho maravilhosas, toalhas de piscinas também estavam a disposição. Cozinha completa com utensílios e pratos/copos/taças de todos os tipos, área da churrasqueira tbm completa! Para as crianças não faltam atividades! Boias na piscina, pebolim, ping pong, sinuca, raquetes de Beach tênis e o campinho de futebol! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Tirando os pernilongos, não temos do que reclamar. Victor foi um anfitrião excelente respondendo a tudo com rapidez. Tbm nos indicaram a Thainara para ajudar com a limpeza da casa nos dias em que ficamos lá e foi uma ótima indicação. Voltaremos!

The perfect stay! Apartment located one street off Copacabana beach, so the perfect location, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and easy to get to. The host was responded quickly and was there whenever we needed a bit of help. Apartment decor is stunning, exactly like the photos and equipped with everything you need for a lengthy stay. Up there with the nicest and best accommodation I’ve stayed in, very good value for money and made our time in Rio even better.

I had such a wonderful stay!! Andre was a great host, and he provided so many essentials within the airbnb (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, beach towels/chairs, etc). He was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question or needed help with anything. The apartment is really nice and clean as well. I had stayed in Leblon with my partner for a week. Some of our highlights were the close proximity to the beach, the apartment's beautiful view, and shopping at the all nearby malls/stores. I would 100% recommend and would book this apartment when I visit again. Thank you Andre

O apartamento é tão aconchegante que você passa horas deitado na cama e apreciando a vista da praia do Flamengo. Moveis novos e modernos. E o melhor: Pet é aceito e na região tem muitos cachorros também.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

O apartamento é confortável, espaçoso e estava super limpo. Por erro de comunicação minha, não solicitei um colchão para o meu filho de um ano, e prontamente recebi o colchão. A vista do nascer do sol, conforme fotos, é imperdível. Recomendo muito para quem gosta de fazer atividades no aterro, e pela proximidade com o Catete :)

A casa é excelente, éramos 5 casais com filhos pequenos, área externa com ótima visualização das crianças brincando em todos os lugares que estavam. Com ctz retornaremos!

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
