A beautiful, cozy space!

My stay was great, the apartment is small but very well distributed, it has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very nice, it can be busy and quiet at the same time, it is close to tourist places in Santa Teresa. It's great for those who want to get to know Rio beyond the south zone. Renato was a great host, responded quickly and was very helpful.

I felt at home! Complete and extremely elegant apartment. I highly recommend it and whenever I go to Rio it will be my first choice.

My partner and I had a very lovely stay here! The street is lined with trees and there is a great restaurant located just a few metres down the road. Everything in the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Flavia was a very responsive host. We appreciated the 24 hour security and the excellent location close to Ipanema and Copacabana beach! We would highly recommend!

The place exactly matches the photos. Super cozy and had everything we needed. In addition, the location is really wonderful. We are on the main street of Ipanema, two blocks from the beach. A safe and welcoming place, it's really worth it!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Impeccable, new, clean. Although Lapa is known to be a dangerous area, the apartment is located on a safe and well-lit street. I felt safe even walking at night. It's very close to the subway. Fundamental for Rio de Janeiro. Matthias was very friendly and helpful. Excellent option for traveling is the accommodation.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bedding, toiletries in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay 1 more day in the city and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! And Lorena is a host like I've never seen! Great! Thank you so much for providing such an amazing experience! We always leave with renewed energy!

Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.
