Vacation rentals with beach access in Paquetá Island

Great place. Location was really nice at the beach with a balcony to enjoy the view. My only complaint would be the bed. It was much too firm for my taste. It wasn’t comfortable at all for me but probably perfect if you like a firm mattress.

The apartment is even better in person than in photos. We were very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pool has amazing views and the bathrooms are spectacular. We've been very happy these days.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had—highly recommend to anyone visiting Rio! Would definitely book again.

The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the view is even better! Shops next to the house, cafeterias, I particularly ordered from ifood, which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, she responded quickly and I had no problems!

Wonderful stay – ideal for families with children and groups of friends! Our experience was simply spotless! The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms that perfectly accommodated our family, which included a 5-year-old, full of energy. For those traveling with children, the place is excellent: safe, with plenty of room to play, and bicycles available. The outdoor area is a real highlight — the barbecue is great for socializing and the heated pool ensured fun even on the coldest day. Another point we loved was the variety of board games available, perfect for group leisure time and for entertaining the children during rest time. The house provides both fun and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and recharging.

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and linens. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than a 5-minute drive from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that at first I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water just a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

The apartment is amazing, new, beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It even makes you want to live in it rs. The location is amazing, close to the beach and with great restaurants around. We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

Beatriz and Valdemar's place is perfect, it's just like the photos. It's very well equipped. I highlight the good quality of the sheets and towels. Valdemar is a very attentive person, who is willing to help. The building manager is very friendly and helpful. The studio is located on a main street, close to places to eat and shop. A few blocks from the beach and the Laguna. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely come back.
