The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The built-in kitchen invites you to cook together in the evenings and includes, among other things fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetops, etc. In the bathroom, in addition to the classic shower, toilet and sink, there is also a washer/dryer. There is also a small seating area on the balcony.

Our granny apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside Rostock. Whether on foot in 5 minutes to the swimming lake or by car in approx. 15-20 minutes to the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde, with us rest and relaxation are at the center. Our apartment is part of our house and we are a family with two 5-year-old boys. So it's probably not dead quiet, but pure idyll. P.S. Bed linen and towels are included!
