Great apartment and a wonderful host, she had already provided the apartment with everything necessary for living and relaxing, and also took care of how we were doing on vacation, thank you very much for everything! Very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Parking lot right at the entrance, there were always free parking spaces, there were enough electrical adapters for European electrical appliances at home. We think that it is the best apartment in Larnaca, a joy for a tourist :)

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

Clean, spacious apartment. Super host. The dryer was missing and it was supposed to be. After reporting, the host ordered a dryer, which was delivered by the courier. Holy service. Recommended.

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

Mr. Zafer and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were in our own home during the stay, the house was spotless and the baby crib was prepared for us. The host is very open to communication and welcomed us very well and answered our questions quickly, if I went again, I would like to stay in the same house again

Absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it’s clear that Peter takes great care in maintaining the property. We slept so well thanks to the calm surroundings and cozy setup. Peter was a fantastic host—very responsive, respectful of our privacy, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made check-in super easy and gave great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This spot is a hidden gem, and we’re so glad we found it. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the area, this is the perfect base. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. We were very satisfied and the host was interested. It was clean and tidy.,mini-market walking distance. I will definitely try again, this place to stay, I 👍👍🚩🚩 recommend it again.

Amazing stay for beach lovers ,the apartment is comfy and so cosy ,with everything inside;specially the sea view …Yioulia is very nice and helpful host ,it was nice meeting her :)
