Welcome to Ahipara (The beginning of ninety-mile beach) Near new home. To kick start your holiday, enjoy breakfast, including fresh free-range eggs and a range of condiments. The home is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach- cafe and fishin chip shop. (Bikes are provided and are at the house) With all the luxuries of home including a 55-inch smart TV. Sleep well in the comfy King size bed. Alternately there are two King singles. Free parking on site and room for boats.

The Bach Wai Rua, perched above the beach offers the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Hokianga Harbour. Conveniently located, the bach is just a short stroll away from the Ōpononi stores and amenities. Indulge in long walks, explore the nearby attractions and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the area. Whether you’re seeking a quiet getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, the bach is the perfect base for your Ōpononi experience.

Opononi Oasis

The Opononi Oasis is a newly renovated 2-bedroom holiday home. Facing north you will have uninterrupted views of the Hokianga Harbour and sand dunes. Suitable for up to 4 people with two queen beds. Linen and towels are provided and fibre has just been installed. It is a place to completely unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy all that Northland has to offer. This home has been in the family for 26 years and is to be enjoyed and respected. No pets allowed.

Please note that no additional Airbnb fees or cleaning fees are charged. This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
