The apartment had everything that the ad described, and the location is perfect, right in front of the La Vela shopping center, where you have restaurants, a pharmacy, shops, anything you might need.

The location was also great, and Anffes was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

Definitely the best value for your money. I really appreciate Alejandro and Esther's kind and friendly attention. The stay is like at home, just like the photos and better, good rooms, A/C, hot water, security in the complex. The area is unparalleled, very quiet, safe, and close to everything. My experience with my family in La Posada was spectacular! The location is very convenient. These are very short of time in Pampatar and shopping malls. And you are also on the way to the beach if you wish. On the other hand, the house has a lot of comfort. It has its pool, jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the host is tasked with making you feel at home. Which is incredibly good. We'll definitely come back.

Very nice and tastefully decorated house, with everything you could need, impeccable communication with the Host, always paying attention to the guest's satisfaction! It has a patio that you can access the house apart from the main access with a perfect shower to get from the beach and shower before entering the house. We were left welcome fruits and drinks, toiletries and hygiene were available... Again, everything was very well thought out so that nothing was needed. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

A very beautiful apartment! Amazing view and its location is very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, Mr. Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive, they responded to any of our concerns at any time and even left us a list with the most iconic places in Margarita! Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a very good tank so we never ran out of water. Excellent Airbnb!

It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Throughout the front of the CC Rattan, you can walk, by car everything is very close, go to the beach 5 to 10 minutes. Food kiosk around the corner. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. A coffee maker, a microwave, an electric stove, fairly complete kitchen utensils, glasses, to be comfortable throughout your stay. I'm grateful for the treatment and support they gave us. The departure was quite flexible. When leaving the accommodation. I'm grateful for receiving us.
