Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Great value. Worthwhile if positioning yourself to explore that area of Jakarta, usually too much traffic if having to go towards Central. Building has laundry and convenience stores at ground level. Sounds of normal residential area should be expected, other residents, prayer call and nearby road.

Exceptional Experience! I had the pleasure of staying at Felicia's beautiful apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the initial booking to checkout, Felicia was an absolute delight to work with. Her proactive and responsive communication made the entire process seamless. She provided detailed instructions, recommendations, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and care that Felicia puts into her space is truly impressive. What really made my stay stand out, however, was Felicia's exceptional hospitality. Nice appartment, Nice building, Nice location, I recommand

Awesome location, right in front of the MRT and near to all the cool spots. Clean bed & sofa & bathroom. AC was nice & cold (perhaps some thicker blankets might be needed haha). Beautiful lobby, stunning pool with the city skyline & very helpful staff in the building. Super easy to order food & deliveries here as well! Amenities are also quite complete. Note : The host did mention that due to the central location, there is constant noise from the streets as well as from the AC unit. But in my experience, it’s mere white noise. Did not bother with our sleeping whatsoever.

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

Great apartment, great location

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

ショッピングモールの近くなので、とても便利です。また、駐車場が無料なので助かりました。 生活に必要な物は全て揃ってます。 また機会があれば、滞在したいです。
