la struttura è davvero bella, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. in pieno centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Mariarosa davvero gentile e disponibile. ci tornerò di sicuro

Το σπίτι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Όλη η πόλη προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όλα τακτοποιημένα, με σκεύη κουζίνας και όλα τα απαραίτητα για έναν καφέ ή μαγείρεμα για όποιον θέλει. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός, έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή, ενδιαφέρθηκε αν όλα είναι καλά και ήξερα πως θα είναι διαθέσιμος αν προκύψει κάτι. Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία, άριστη διαμονή και σε καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το εσωτερικο του σπιτιού με ενδιαφέρουσα αρχιτεκτονική από τοπική πέτρα και ένα πηγάδι μέσα στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα. Επειδή ήταν Αύγουστος υπήρχε λίγο φασαρία από τους περαστικούς το βράδυ χωρίς να είναι ενοχλητική.

Siamo stati in questa splendida struttura per ferragosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo L alloggio si presenta esattamente come nelle foto e nella descrizione. Una colazione abbondante. Lo staff molto gentile e impeccabile. Struttura e stanze super pulite. Ampi spazi anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Il Signor Vito una splendida persona sempre pronto e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, di una gentilezza più unica che rara. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto! L’host molto simpatica e disponibile! Ci ha accolto di persona, ci ha dato dei consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sul ristorante da mangiare. Ottima la colazione, rigorosamente preparata tutta in casa. È andato tutto benissimo. Grazie.

Vito e Dany fanno questo lavoro col cuore! Siamo stati benissimo: appartamento pulito e super centrale, ottime colazioni e super consigli (gita in barca per le grotte di Polignano: stupenda). Consigliamo 1000 volte il vostro alloggio!!!

Sono arrivato a Monopoli durante le mie vacanze in maggio 2023. Un poco sorprendente era per me che il B&B Nido si trova fuori città, infatti in una campagna 7-8 km dal centro. Ma infatti non c'è problema ed anch'esso ha i suoi vantaggi. Vicino alla sistemazione si trova una fermata degli autobus che possono portarci in Piazza Sant'Antonio, si può dire nel cuore della città. Inoltre nei pomeriggi e nelle sere in un luogo così tranquillo si può riposarsi dopo tutto il giorno e godersi il silenzio, il canto degli uccelli ecc. L'appartamento è dotato di una cucina, un bagno, la camera da letto invece si trova in un "trullo" - un'edificio caratteristico per la Puglia. Si incontrano altri trulli nella stessa campagna detta Contrada Passarello, quindi... non è necessario andare ad Alberobello per vederli:) Ogni mattina viene distribuita colazione - secondo me buonissima. Consiglio vivamente di fare una visità a quel posto!

L'alloggio di Floriana si trova in una zona molto confortevole a solo 15 minuti da Bari e molto vicina a Polignano,Alberobello e Castellana Grotte. Per chi vuole spendere poco e visitare la puglia è un ottimo posto dove soggiornare

questo alloggio ha una posizione perfetta per visitare Alberobello, trovandosi proprio vicino il Trullo Sovrano. è comodo e funzionale, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del Sig. Antonio che ci ha anche fornito un biglietto per fare colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Francesco nel corso del cammino materano. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. L'appartamento era in perfetto ordine, ben riscaldato e molto carino. Tutto davvero impeccabile.

My husband and I are from Australia. Francesco's place was an excellent choice for us and we chose it because of the reviews which were glowing and our experience was the same. It was easy to find and communication was good. Francesco was there to meet us on arrival. Street parking was always available which reduces stress when travelling. The location is away from the old centre of Monopoli but is an easy and interesting walk to the restaurants at night. The neighbourhood is pleasant and safe, quieter at night for sleeping than being in the hub of restaurants. Francesco and his family are so committed to ensuring that your stay with them in Monopoli is enjoyable that one evening Francesco's father drove and picked us up from a restaurant as my husband had a painful knee. The room is very clean, bed comfortable and there is a balcony. Everything has been thought for a great stay. A highlight though is the Italian breakfast every morning that is provided. Its different everyday, for example bruschetta, focaccia ,antipasto, home made yoghurt, juices and Maria's home made cakes which are to die for. Francesco speaks English and was very helpful with tips to help make the most of our time in the Bari region. I would definitely recommend this award winning Airbnb as a base to explore from.

Conversano est idéalement bien situé à 10 min de Polignano a Mare, 15min de Monopoli et 1h de Matera. Le logement était très bien placé en ZTL (centre historique). Il correspondait totalement à la description : chambre très bien décorée avec petit balcon. Le ménage est fait tous les jours cest vraiment agréable. Carlo est un hôte vraiment super, gentil, accueillant, donnant de bons conseils et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vraiment cet hote et ce logement. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 6 étoiles !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im B&B. Man hat sich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt, alles ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und man wird sehr entgegenkommend und herzlich behandelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Antes que nada resaltar la atención y amabilidad de Ana!! El apartamento estaba impecable: súper limpio, prolijo, amenidades, muy completo, una terraza hermosa y la ubicación es inmejorable. Desayuno incluido (Ana ha contemplado opciones para mi madre que es celíaca)! nos hemos sentido muy cómodos! Muy muy recomendable!!!

We could not fault our stay at Antico Ulivo. The accommodation, pool and grounds were perfection. Giorgio was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay and was so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We will be recommending Antico Ulivo to all of our family and friends and hope to return ourselves one day. Thank you Giorgio and team for the perfect end to our 4 week trip around Europe we fell in love with your B&B and Puglia in general.

Je sais que je suis très sensible aux bruits, et je n’ai pas voulu mettre dans le commentaire public, mais l’isolation entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons entendu les voisins jusqu’à 1h du matin, c’est dommage, car c’est vraiment très agréable d’être chez vous. Merci de votre gentillesse.

Great host, sending loads of restaurant and tour recommendations. The room is very centrally located, in the old town while also being about 10min walk to public parking. Comfortable bed. The two downsides (which we knew coming in) were the tight spiral staircase to get up to the room (hard to trek bags up) and the teeny tiny bathroom but for one night before our flight it was a good fit.

Alloggio meraviglioso … ci aspettavamo una stanza e bagno e invece era davvero carino e accogliente… non mancava nulla per vivere il nostro soggiorno al meglio. La host oltretutto ci ha trattato come dei famigliari è stata favolosa! Consigliatissimo per avere un posto accogliente e tranquillo dove rilassarsi dopo aver girato nei dintorni incantevoli.

Alloggio molto accogliente con un bel terrazzo, pulito e ordinato. Colazione ottima, Giuseppe ha provveduto a portarcela ogni mattina. La posizione ottima per chi deve visitare Bari e dintorni. Molto soddisfatti!
