Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pakem

Penginapannya OK banget🫶🏻✨ checkin nya mudah, host responsif, penjaganya ramah👍🏻 Lokasinya gampang ditemuin karena ada di pinggir jalan dan di maps jg locationnya sudah akurat👍🏻 walaupun dipinggir jalan tapi tetap tenang karena dari pagar sampai ke rumah agak jauh. Rumahnya dekat dgn pasar ngasem jd kalau mau hunting sarapan tinggal jalan kaki 5 menit sampeee😱 Halamannya luas banget muat sekitar 6 mobil di dalam pagar👍🏻 fasilitas rumahnya nyaman banget, wifinya kenceng, pencahayaannya jg best banget walaupun malam tetap terang👍🏻 alat2 dapurnya lengkap ada refill galonnya tapi mungkin untuk menginap > 2 malam perlu refill trash bag jg yaaa. Ada laundry room yg lengkap ada sabun cucinya sampai setrika pun ada🫰🏻 acnya dingin di semua ruangan mantappp. Kamar mandinya jg bersih semua.. ada 2 kamar mandi pakai water heater tapi mungkin bisa ditambah capstock ya di setiap kamar mandi krn agak repot mau gantung bajunya🤭 Overall menginap 4 hari 3 malam puas banget👍🏻🫶🏻❤️✨

Pertama kali datang ke Jogja dan menginap disini. Nyaman, bersih, dan owner sangat ramah, sarapan tersedia setiap hari. Lokasi yang strategis dengan akses dekat ke mesjid, tempat makan dan swalayan(alfamidi). Disamping rumah ada parkiran juga disediakan kalau bawa kendaraan. Terima kasih, senang bisa menginap disini selama di Jogja 😍😍😍

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious duplex house, which was perfect for our family of five. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Both the host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful. The co-host welcomed us on the first day with delicious traditional bakery items and gave us a thorough tour of the house, making us feel right at home. They also went above and beyond by assisting us in renting a car, which allowed us to explore two amazing archaeological sites in Jogjakarta. The hospitality, thoughtful touches, and comfort of the house made our stay truly memorable. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

VerLyDerm House merupakan tempat yang nyaman untuk liburan beberapa hari bersama orang banyak. Di dalam rumah pun banyak yang bisa dilakukan, mulai dari berenang, menonton, atau sekadar mengobrol bersama di ruang keluarga atau saung. Verdy sebagai host pun sangat ramah dan helpful, selalu memberikan respons yang cepat setiap kali kami chat. Lokasi rumahnya juga bagus, dekat dengan beragam kafe dan restoran. Tempat parkir pun luas dan cukup untuk 3-4 mobil (kalau kecil). Tata ruangan di dalam rumah pun nyaman, dan rumahnya tergolong adem untuk ukuran Jogja. Ventilasi udara juga bagus dan dapat diakses dari mana-mana. Kalau masih kepanasan, AC pun ada di setiap kamar. Kami sangat nyaman tinggal di rumah ini. Terima kasih!

lokasi sangat strategis di tengah kota dekat pusat wisata seperti Kaliurang dan aksesibiltas hanya selangkah dari Jl. Ring Road Utara, tempat sangat luas, parkir bisa sampai 7 mobil dan tersedia garasi untuk 2 mobil(lebih aman), suasana di lokasi juga relatif sepi karena masuk ke komplek perumahan jadi tidak berisik karena suara kendaraan berlalu lalang. Disediakan makan pagi atau sarapan sesuai jumlah tamu yang datang, namun sayang di dalam rumah dan di kamar(di kasur/selimut) ditemukan semut besar-besar, dimana kemungkinan karena banyak hiasan pot-pot tanaman yang tersebar di seluruh bangunan. secara keseluruhan Rumah Teteh sangat baik dan bisa digunakan untuk berkumpul dengan banyak anggota keluarga

Super séjour. Lotissement très agréable et conforme aux photos. Personnel accueillant et serviable qui donne des conseils et aide à organiser notre séjour si besoin. Le logement est très bien placé. Le fait de pouvoir laisser ses bagages à l’accueil après le Check-out est très pratique pour profiter une dernière fois de la ville avant le départ. Je recommande fortement.

Fonie looked after us very well, preparing delicious breakfasts whatever time suited us each morning, and cleaning the room every day. The room is a little dark, but very comfortable and spacious. The location is convenient, very central.

Mooie locatie, we voelde ons gelijk thuis door de gastvrijheid en de vriendelijke mensen. Ze hebben heel lekker eten bij het restaurant en we kregen elke ochtend een ontbijtje. Hier kom je echt tot rust van de drukke stad. Half uurtje met de auto en je bent in het centrum. Echt een aanrader!

Overall good stay. The housekeeper is friendly and always willing to help, and Miko is a good landlord and good friend as well. Certainly recommended.

I can't thank enough for Bakti's team! D-3 I told them if there's a chance for me to change / upgrade the bungalow. And yes! They helped me to upgrade the bungalow. Quick response, very helpful. Nice bungalow, best view, and the breakfast was fantastic! I wonder am I the only local who have stayed in this fantastic eco-bungalow ahhaaha. Highly highly recommended for everyone and I would love to share this place to my friends and relatives.

Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, besonders hat uns der Pool und große Garten gefallen. Leider ist das WLan nicht so gut. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiter emfehlen.

It was an amazing experience! This place is like a small paradise. Starting from huge and tasty breakfasts ending with fascinating nature inside the villa. The place is in a good location, about 20 mins from the city center. You can rent a scooter or order a car with a driver right in the villa. Can ask for a laundry for additional money. Ari is an excellent example of a super host. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay, gave a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Also there is an opportunity to order a dinner made by him. Don’t miss that chance! It’s a traditional Indonesian dinner with a lot of dishes, super tasty. Thank you Ari! That was much better than I expected!
