Great location, attending a trade show at Impact Arena. Good amount of shops and food places in the area. I took a 20 baht motorcycle taxi to avoid arriving all sweaty at the show. The nearby mall is very nice.

my daughter and I stayed for two nights. A clean place is very close to the international school. The area is quiet and well-served even without taking the taxi, you can find a bit of everything super clean and tidy apartment the owner is always available and check out is very simple and flexible

Great place for an extended stay in Thailand. Close to everything you need. It was also unaffected by the earthquake that hit Bangkok in March 2025. The place is also secure with a kind security officer. Who we did have a chance to say goodbye to.

i would like to suggest and recommend for everyone who attend concert at impact arena because the place is near. can walk or take motorbike 20 baht. near to convenient store, super market and cosmo bazaar. great location. room is spacious and comfortable. aircond, fridge & microwave is working fine. toilet water pressure is great. would stay again if i got concert or event area impact arena. 12 minutes from DMK airport.

Perfect accommodation for those who have administrative procedures to do. It is really cute and convenient (close to the administration offices and shops).

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

The place looks just like in the photos and is very close to Impact Arena. I had a concert there, so it was super convenient. There are lots of things nearby, like the Cosmo Bazaar. The host was very kind and helpful. I really recommend this place!

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. I like that it has a smart TV, washing machine, microwave. Very convenient. Very large sofa bed.

This place deserves more than 5 stars but is not possible in AirBnb, if you are a content creator, digital nomad or work remotely, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Tony leave you in the condo a full setup to work, every amenity in the building is simply amazing. So accesible in every aspect I really recommend this place. And Tony by the way was the best host ever for my first stay in Thailand, very servicial and predisposed to all my needs

We stayed for a couple weeks and it was perfect for that length of time. It’s further away from city centre so if you’re planning for a shorter stay I wouldn’t recommend but it’s perfectly peaceful and taxis are easy to book. The place was very comfortable, private and host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend this place! Host was very friendly and helpful. Always responsive. If you want a nice private, relaxing place to stay, then this is it! Swimming pool is clean and big. Fitness access, lounge areas. Most importantly very quiet, you will definitely get a good night sleep. Family, kids friendly place!

Good room to nothing to complain about unless you don't like to walk in a steep staircase dor to go to the bathroom. But or really good.
