Vacation rentals with a pool in Paje

Our stay at the villa was perfect, we enjoyed all the peace and quiet that the villa offers. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bar, etc.), where you are greeted warmly by the locals every time, as if you have been living there for years. This is a little gem, hidden in a local area. Highly recommended.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen, made us feel right at home. There are a lot of Villas in Zanzibar, but there are not a lot of hosts like Sonia. And so staying at her villa was one of my best experiences in Zanzibar, and it’s my 4th visit to the Island. The villa is Pristine, the pool is crystal clear and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s plenty of light; you wake up to bird sounds in the morning and the way the sunrise streams into the house in the mornings is just beautiful. The beach is just a little walk through the village and I personally enjoyed watching and chatting with the locals. Sonia and her partner were always happy to help and provide recommendations for everything we needed. The icing on the cake is the complimentary pick up service. We were a group of 6 and we had enough space to all spend time together, and time apart. I will be back for sure.

Centre ville accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied, logement fidèle à la description. Diana et Omary ont été très flexibles quant à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ, en plus d’être toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à eux !

This spot was exactly as explained on the app. It was great value for money, we loved the option of being able to self cater & they were very well equipped for it. I could even have my morning smoothie! The area is quiet & peaceful. The house is comfortable with aircon & even though Zanzibar has blackouts on occasion the generator immediately kicks in & the wifi has its own separate power so that stayed on. The wifi overall was mostly good only going down briefly which was a regional issue. Juli was friendly & very responsive if we ever asked for anything or had any questions. She gave us a lot of local knowledge which really helped. We became particularly fond of one of the local cats & although he was a stray Juli kindly said she will see what she can do to feed or home him as we became very attached. We would most definitely return!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

Heel mooie plek!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit prachtige huis met ons gezin met 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was favoriet bij de kinderen. We hebben genoten van het ontbijt/ diner en iedere dag schoonmaak. Taxi/arts bezoek het kon allemaal snel geregeld worden, super fijn! We zouden dit verblijf iedereen aanraden.

Mohu ubytování jen doporučit, od komunikace po rezervaci, přes odvoz z letiště až po přivítání a ubytování na apartmán, se vším jsme byli spokojeni. Rodinný apartmán poskytuje dostatek prostoru a vynikající vybavení pro vaření. Postele jsou velmi pohodlné a terasa skvěle uzpůsobená k odpočinku v soukromí díky vzrostlým nádherně kvetoucím keřům. Dále parádní byla velkorysá snídaně v ceně a 2 bazény, z nichž minimálně jeden z nich jsme měli kdykoliv jen pro sebe. Areál je velmi dobře udržovaný, bazény čisté a okolí apartmánů opečovávané. Na pláž je to asi 5 minut chůze a stejně tak na začátek vesnice, kde člověk může nakoupit vše, co potřebuje a navíc i při procházce pozorovat místní život. Moc děkujeme majitelům a celému personálu za skvělý pobyt.

The place matched the description and photos in every way. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with amenities that made my stay pleasant and smooth. The surrounding complex was serene and well-run. The host was responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Excellent stay thanks to Barbara who was very welcoming and she made my birthday special. I recommend and we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
