Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

70 m2 house with 1 floor, completely renovated located in the heart of a charming village. You will be in a quiet area, 10 km from Sens, 60 km from Troyes (factory outlets) and 120 km from Paris. Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Possibilités de petits déj (8€/pers) et/ou repas le soir (25€/pers) sur demande à régler sur place. loc de 1 nuit/semaine/mois. Nous avons 1 chienne qui peut être impressionnante mais sociable. The studio

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Ideal for two people, the sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional people. Located on the banks of the Yonne, the balcony has a dining area, a relaxation area and a magnificent view of Saint-Etienne Cathedral and the city center. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
