The soul of the house is the unobstructed views of the lake, bringing sunsets and a natural experience indoors. The villa has 5 bedrooms. On the beach there is a large wooden sauna, a hot tub, a barbecue and dining area, and a summer/guest room. An ideal destination for even a larger group to relax and be together – all year round.

Unique 300m2 ok-house completed in 2017 with a unique location on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi. Messilä Ski Resort and the city of Lahti can be seen from the living room windows. Messilä Ski Resort 4km and golf 7km. Ironman start 11km. Very quiet and private location. During the summer, a small boat with an electric motor is available. An atmospheric and well-equipped summer kitchen area with a fireplace and infrared heaters, which can also be used during the winter. The swimming area is also kept open in winter.

Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).
