This apartment features a relaxed contemporary design for indoor/outdoor entertainment and relaxation, perfect for both couples and families. Internal stairs to upper level.

Kick back and relax in this modern, calm space. The space opens out to a beautiful rural outlook, banana trees and the Hikurangi Mountain. A short 5 minute drive to the iconic Kamo Village or 15 minutes to the Whangarei Town Basin. Equipped with a new kitchenette (no oven or hobb), a pod coffee machine and basic continental breakfast supplies. Parking at the door and a lockbox for ease. This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Te Wahi Mahana (A Warm Place), Paihia

This is a self catering, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious open plan living area, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Guests have their own patio with sea views across to the bay to Russell. The kitchen has a microwave, 2-ring hob and tea/coffee making facilities. While we are only 3.2 km from the centre of Paihia, it is a hilly walk. There is a lot to see and do here so make sure your stay isn't too short to experience what is available.

A further 5 minutes will have you arriving at the centre of town where you will be able to book fishing trips, parasailing, ferry ride to Russell and scenic helicopter flights over the Bay of Islands.
