We enjoyed our stay in this large and comfortable house - especially the view and the serenity, as the house is in a quaint area that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of Pai despite being a short drive away. Meeting George, Fon, and their lovely family, who are the most gracious hosts you will ever meet, was certainly a highlight for us. They helped solve any and all problems with the house and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They have cultivated the most amazing farm and community, and it was a privilege to visit and feel like a part of it, even if for a short period. Don’t miss out on the yummy dried bananas they grow and make, or on a visit to their unique tea shop!

A wonderful place set just outside but near to everything in Pai. The house was so peaceful and beautiful. The rooms and bathroom were large with a lot of space. The bed was large and very comfortable .Everything was clean and was well equipped for a short or long term stay. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the the garden. The kitchen had all the utilities needed for cooking. Location is a short 10 min walk from Walking Street but is near lots of local stores and restaurants. Hila was very responsive and prompt with her replies. We highly recommend this place to experience Pai.

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

Such a sweet hostel. Good vibes. I recommend bringing earplugs if you sleep lightly because walls are thin. Close to town - nice hosts - little outdoor kitchen - good spot for a few nights.

We loved our time in Pai and the apartment was perfect for what we needed

I loved the view of the park and the city from the panoramic window. A very creative atmosphere for working from home (nice desk in the room) and relaxation. Large, comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. Many restaurants, cafes and shops right next door around the park and in the same building are a small kitchen and plenty of opportunities to relax and play sports (free fitness area). I also rented a bike cheaply in the building to explore the sights in the area.

Wonderful host, wonderful place. 4 minutes outside of the busy town so perfect for a quiet gettaway. Host extremely helpful and a very sweet dog 😊 would recommend

I had a great stay here! The place is clean, modern, and feels brand new, very comfortable overall. The bed was super comfy, honestly the best I’ve slept on in Thailand. The host is amazing, very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect, just a short walk from Pai center. Highly recommend!

Picturesque view, situated right near a lovely park. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect place for up to 2 adults and a kid or 2 friends who want to stay in a modern room with a stunning mountain view in the center of Pai. A lot of cafes, restaurant etc. directly next to it and less than 100m away from the famous saturday market park with a big playground and a lot of shade to relax.

Cozy, modern and clean place with a fantastic view. A lot of shared facilities (kitchen, gym, sundeck, terrace, garden) and space on the property. The room has a bed and a sleeping couch, so ideal for a couple or a family with kids. The property is directly next to the saturday market park with a playground and a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Can walk everywhere.
