The host is considerate and he was punctual. With his kindness, i got along well in his place. A room and parking lot was larger enough for 2 people and an air conditioner worked well (it sounds little noisy). Unfortunately a dog near neighborhood kept darking😭. If you were a sensitive person, wear a ear plug.

This is a hidden gem - my second time on Guam, last time stayed at another Airbnb that cost a lot more but didn’t have much of a view. For me the view is the most important. Loved hanging out on the balcony. In December it wasn’t uncomfortably hot outside.

It may be impossible to overstate just how lovely it is to stay at Brian and Jenny’s Airbnb. Foremost, they are kind, attentive and fun hosts. They are just exceptional people. Next, their house is simply incredible. It is spacious, delightfully decorated and equipped with everything you will need for a long or short stay. The kitchen, for instance, has every kind of appliance, cutlery, and staple necessary for any cooking. The house also has a number of cozy nooks with couches, tv's and books where one can find their own space to unwind. The outdoor space is spectacular. It has an infinity pool, hot tub and large patio with a sweeping view of the coast below, including the Naval base. It is a perfect spot for star gazing or peeping at the multi-colored and breathtaking sunsets. To show the extent of Brian' thoughtfulness, he found out it was our 37th anniversary during our stay, and Brian had the hot tub all ready to go when we returned from dinner. This is an outstanding Airbnb!

This house is absolutely unique and beautiful - from the stylish room decor, the host's antique collections, to the gorgeous pool and spacious yard. Every detail was eye-catching! (Though we totally regret missing out on the rooftop spa tub!) Todd and his partner were incredibly nice - the welcome drinks and their detailed introduction to the house facilities made us feel completely at home. We'll definitely choose this place again next time... as long as they haven't raised the price, because it's just THAT awesome! Hahaha!
