Il luogo è tranquillo, la vista è ampia e riposante: ulivi e vigneti tutt'attorno, sul retro galline e galletti. L'appartamento, ampio e pulitissimo, è fornito dell'essenziale. Ci si sta comodi da 4 a 6 persone. Ottimo per una vacanza "lontana dal mondo". Rinfrescante cenare sul piccolo loggiato dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La bellissima riserva di Punta Aderci con le sue magnifiche spiagge è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa è molto luminosa, silenziosissima e pulitissima. La vista dalla camera da letto è incantevole. I proprietari di casa, Enzo e Rina, ci hanno accolti nel migliore dei modi e sono stati disponibili per tutto il soggiorno, supportandoci e consigliandoci. Nella dispensa c'era persino tutto il necessario per potersi cucinare un bel piatto di pasta anche nel caso non fossimo riusciti a fare subito la spesa. Sia la cucina che il bagno sono dotati di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole fare una meravigliosa passeggiata nell'oasi di Punta Penna. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole pace e tranquillità con tutte le comodità della propria casa.

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!
