We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful home, even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was really great. The terrace is superb, the pool is ideal and direct access to the beach to enjoy the lagoon is idyllic. The accommodation was perfectly equipped and ideally located, with a breathtaking view of the lagoon. Romain's welcome was very warm and his advice was invaluable to us. We loved our stay in Tahiti and will happily be back.

This place was awesome. Loved the set up inside and even though it was dumping rain when we first got there, it cleared up enough for an absolutely fantastic sunset that we watched from the lookout on property to cap off an amazing trip. Also… the food truck right down the street is a great spot with incredible views and too notch local food. Highly recommend this home.

We had a great 8 days at SCO Logde The accommodation is ideally located in a small quiet area with private access to a pretty uncrowded beach to admire sumptuous sunsets 🌅 The apartment is beautifully decorated, warm, comfortable, the courtyard is very nice, in the shade of the parasol and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped to cook comfortably and many outdoor amenities are available (kayak, paddle, masks). During our stay our hosts offered to change sheets and towels if we wanted. We were wonderfully hosted with a large fruit basket and products (monoi, soaps) Vaihere, Fred and Vaearagi are attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind hosts with whom we had a great time well beyond the scope of the rental. 🙏 Thanks again for these beautiful shared memories. We'll be happy to go back for another stay.

This place is like an oasis in an oasis. It is serene welcoming and private. We had a lovely time alone and also meeting Nicolai and Maire which was the absolute bonus part. I feel so lucky to have chosen their place. You will need a car but there is an incredible grocery steps away from their place. I loved it when the concrete gate started opening up and all of a sudden you see this most beautiful garden on the water w an area to launch a kayak to go swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. Loved loved loved it!!!

Carole went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A wonderful host and serene location, all i heard was the waves crashing on the beach. No traffic noise or loud neighbours. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet stay.

Philippe’s home is fantastic. Spotless, incredibly well-equipped (seriously you have everything you could possibly need), and in a stunning, convenient location. The deck is particularly lovely for taking in the spectacular sunsets and there is a breeze that keeps the mosquitoes away. The snorkeling in front of the home is exceptional - we saw a large reef shark, eagle ray, sea turtle, leopard elk, and so much more. I can’t imagine a better spot to stay so close to the airport but that feels worlds away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

We had a great stay at Eda’s place. She and her son, who met us at check-in, were both very helpful and responsive. The view from the house is beautiful, and there is a nearby ramp to take kayaks into the sea. The house was also well equipped with everything we needed for traveling with a baby. Thank you, Eda!

There not enough words to say, how fantastic this property and Hosts are!! We stayed 2 months, they taught us Tahiti culture, history, recommedations and Tahiti Love! We will always carry their friendship with us! We arrived after dark, raining hard. Magnolia met us on the road to guide us to their property! She and Philip introduced us to traditions, new food and activity. We had fires on the beach, visiting, laughing and enjoying sunset. The house and patio are so well stocked. We were out of the city, yet close enough we could go if desired. Close to Market, Bank, beaches..... I cannot recommend this property more! Best location we have ever stayed in our many many travels! Thank you Magnolia and Philip for our wonderful memories! God bless you!!

This was a great stay! We loved the traditional Tahitian style home with open air to hear all of the waves crashing. The netting on the beds worked wonderfully to keep any insects at bay. Expect to see a gecko here and there on the walls. The path leading to the house is a gorgeous walk with beautiful flowers. We loved the lookout for coffee and sunset views.

Tahiti Paea Coconut Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaipolani’s. The house is in a quiet area—peaceful at night—which made for a relaxing getaway. Her parents, who live next door, were very kind and welcoming and gave us great local tips. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having AC in the bedrooms, and access to the kayaks and gear made it easy to enjoy the water. There are restaurants, stores, and beaches all within a 15-minute drive. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi, so it might not be ideal if you're planning to work remotely. That said, we had a great time overall and would definitely recommend this place to others. We’d happily stay here again!

Great Host and wonderful place to stay! Right on the beach with snorkeling and kayaking out back. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had throughout the week. She allowed us to check in early and out late. Had fruit for us when we arrived which was a nice treat! Perfect location to relax and watch the sunset and sunrises. Would come back again any time!

For the solo traveller more interested in exploring beyond the tourist path where local families live, work and play, this property is perfect. Ethel and her lovely family could not have been more hospitable welcoming me to their Tahitian home. The room and private bathroom, while simple and basic, was very clean and provided all I needed for a very comfortable week - privacy, small fridge, basic utensils, microwave and good AC. The ocean front property has beautiful gardens with a spectacular view and its own private access to a safe and sandy swimming area. Ethel also offers laundry and 1 night meal service (so worth the small fee). It is within a 15-20 min walking distance to the Royal Tahitian Hotel (handy for tour pick up's and dining), local super market, car rental, gas stations, hospital and bank machines; and a 10 minute drive to historical Pointe de Venus for a spectacular (and free) park and big beach, or interesting museums and art galleries. Very special people! ❤️

Emilie was a great host. Her place looked just like the photos. She was very responsive, gave great recommendations, her communication was clear and she picked us up from the airport which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay at her place again. It's right next to the Hilton and about 7-8 minutes from PPT airport. There is a shopping plaza right across the street which includes a few stores/restaurants including both a grocery and pharmacy store. This was helpful as food is very expensive on the island. I was able to cook breakfast at the apartment after shopping and had water, juice, and snacks for my daughter. The views from the balconies and bedroom were amazing. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Amazing! The place is incredible and the lagoon is gorgeous! The big hotels in Tahiti don’t have this privileged position. Amazing to be able to wake up, grab the SUP, and go explore the lagoon all day. Also, the hosts are REALLY nice and very helpful! They recommended me good places, they booked us tours, they were very very helpful all the time.

I set up my tent for 2 days at Sophie's place, I met other guests and other people who live there year-round. There is a man bathroom and a women's bathroom, which is very nice. A large kitchen accessible at all times and a nice terrace where I was able to settle in in the evening to chat with Sophie. Beautiful hikes nearby and several snacks/roullotes nearby. Sophie is authentic and attentive to the needs of these hosts. Thanks again to her. I recommend!:)

We had a peaceful and relaxing time at Hey Man Stay. Our main reason for choosing it was the descriptions of how good the snorkeling was and we weren't disappointed. Less than a minute walk from our door to a private beach and a 5 minute walk to PK18 which had a marine sanctuary teeming with sea life. The fare was ideal for our purposes and one supermarket shop meant we could chill for a whole week. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare our meals both on the cooktop and in the oven. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a big plus. Jules was a first class host and we have no hesitation in recommending his accommodation.

Henri was an amazing host, long before we arrived to the Airbnb. He was proactive and prompt in responses and clear directions and very accommodating, especially with our check in and check out times, which were outside of hours. Once we arrived to the Airbnb, our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for. Travelling with my family of 7, we all have different travel styles but we all loved this Airbnb for the wide space which was enough for each of us to have our own privacy, the cleanliness, the location, the pool is amazing and even more amazing being right beside the beautiful beach as well. I can’t fault anything and with that said, thank you so much again to you Henri for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home in the beautiful paradise island of Tahiti. Mauruuru roa!

One of the top Airbnb’s that we have stayed in! Amazing place overlooking the pool and ocean. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw so many fish, string rays and purple coral. Rec bringing mask and snorkel. A couple restaurants within walking distance that were all yummy. There’s a grocery store about 15 minutes down the road that we walked to. Water is not drinkable so you can buy some at the local store. They had a few bottles ready for us when we arrived later in the evening. Rec renting a car for ease although host set up taxis for us when requested!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay while in transit through Papeete. Although it rained a lot while we were in Papeete, Didier's place is just 10 minutes away from the fascinating Museum of Tahiti and The Islands--highly recommended, especially on a rainy day. Didier and Mireille were wonderful hosts, very generous, and a pleasure to talk with. We would definitely like to stay with them again next time we pass through Papeete.

Veronique & Stephane are really lovely and very nice. For a first stay in Tahiti, we immediately felt at home, available they gave us a lot of useful information about the rest of our stay. Veronique made it a point of honor to make us consume local products and local specialties, which gives us an excellent CEO. We also shared a homemade coconut milk fish by our host. We would have stayed for a few more days. If you like to travel by meeting warm and welcoming people, this is the place.
