Unforgettable stay in Castellucio. It’s like a fairytale. The hosts are too kind and so helpful for local reccomendations. Can’t stress enough how special our stay was - can’t wait to come back

A tall, weathered tree stands prominently, viewed from below. Its gnarled branches extend upward into a misty sky, surrounded by a dense forest. The scene captures the stark contrast between the solid trunk and the ethereal fog, creating a dramatic atmosphere.

"Margherita" Vacation Home, in the Lucanian mountains

claudiocaveseRating, 5 stars4 months ago
I live in Lazio, having to accompany my daughter to a birthday party in Brienza (PZ), I decided to stay overnight in this accommodation nearby, in Sasso di Castalda. The accommodation is clean and equipped with all the amenities, as described on Airbnb, so nothing to add. The owners are super nice and thoughtful, assisting the guest by illustrating all the many possibilities that the area offers. I really appreciated their availability, beyond expectations, in assisting me with a personal issue I had during my stay. Sasso di Castalda, discovered by chance, was a real surprise. A very well-kept village / gem, which deserves at least a visit of a few days to make nature excursions in the surroundings.
A stone path is framed by lush greenery, leading to an entrance covered by a wooden overhang. The natural materials are complemented by sunlight filtering through leaves, creating a serene ambiance. The structure's rustic charm is enhanced by the surrounding garden atmosphere.

House with a green roof!

I stayed at Nicola's for one night, passing through between visiting the caves of Pertosa-Auletta and the Certosa di Padula. Great location to reach the two centers and to visit the nearby village of Teggiano. Communication was clear and everything matched the description. I recommend the stay!

The house is perfect for a scenic countryside retreat. Inside is a tastefully decorated family home with everything you need. But the real marvels are the lush large garden and the incredible views over the mountainous landscape. A wonderful place to stay and an excellent host.

Country House Terresane Vacation Home

GiovannaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This place is special, a cabin in a wonderful place. The house is well equipped, the fireplace keeps the environment warm constantly and a few steps from the house there is a fountain with water that flows directly from the Cervati spring. Grazia was helpful, kind and super responsive, providing us with tips and guides well in advance so that we could better organize ourselves even with excursions. Monte San Giacomo, 15 minutes from the accommodation is a small super characteristic village; it is the perfect opportunity to relax, immerse yourself in affection and nature, focus on the moment and breathe clean air. I can't wait to go back, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of their city and enjoy a real, healthy quality time.
An outdoor terrace features a stone wall and a tiled floor. A black metal table is set for meals, surrounded by potted plants with colorful flowers. Lush greenery and hills are visible in the background under a clear blue sky.
