Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Very nice house in a quiet leafy suburb. Close to shops and the river. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Everything we needed was there.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well presented, very cozy with comfortable beds. Lovely furnishings and the pool is amazing. I recommend this house for a family staycation and/or friends holiday!

Awesome mini getaway. House was amazing. The slide, size of the block, Putt putt, park next door and beach so close made it so easy to amuse 6 kids ranging from 14 to 18 months old. We had 3 teenage boys, no technology and didn’t hear I am bored once. Thanks for the amazing weekend. We will be using you again and coming back to the property in the future.

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Great place to enjoy the view and relax, had everything we needed and was just an easy place to stay and go out an enjoy Broadbeach. We all had a lovely time staying at the house and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for hosting us and look forward to going back there again but for even longer stay.

Elisha was a fantastic host, great communication and her house was exactly as pictured. Amazing views, child and pet friendly. Overall we had a great holiday there.

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

My family & I stayed at Gold Coast Hinterland Retreat to attend a family wedding. The house was perfect for a large number, we had plenty of room both inside & out, at no time did we feel cramped or in each others way. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle’s property if you’re planning a Gold Coast get away with a larger group. The description & photos accurately describe the property.

The hosts were great and let us check in early as we had some unwell guests needing to rest. The house was perfect, clean, tidy, well stocked in all areas. Lots of kitchen utensils right through to extra pillows and blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family at this property and we'd love to come back. Location is perfect with Pacific Fair only 4 mins away. Highly recommend... host was very proactive with communication. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Our host Pete went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect. We had a small intimate wedding at the house. The amenities, kitchen and abundant living areas were very well appointed, which made the whole experience seamless. The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. We cannot thank Pete enough for his support and caring attention to us. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, we are planning our next family reunion at the house next year. Stayed for a full month at Sabre house while preparing to leave Australia. Rhi set us up for a lovely stay with everything we needed to relax after a hectic few months. Sadly, Cyclone Alfred had other plans, and right at the beginning of our stay we lost power for 4 days. During this time, Rhi was AMAZING. Stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we could need prior to the storm hitting. She brought around candles and battery operated lights, moved all the things off the patio and basically prepared for the storm. We weathered it well, and could not be more grateful to her for our stay. We had our 2 dogs with us, and she was amazing about them also. Rhi was very responsive when we had any issues and dealt with things promptly and was just so helpful. The neighbourhood kids can be a bit noisy with bouncing basketballs etc. but that's my only complaint really - and nothing to do with the Air BnB. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay here!
