This spacious, newly renovated apartment boasts a superb location, metres from Cotton Tree Village with cafes, restaurants and shopping for your perfect relaxed beach holiday. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Chateau Royale complex with all its complementary benefits. Luca, has European beach charm, from Hand Plastered finishes to brass tap ware and soft french linen in the bedrooms.

Perfectly located in Maroochydore's CBD tucked away in between Duporth avenue and the Maroochy river you will find this quiet secluded 1-bedroom unit. 2-minute walk from ocean streets cafes/restaurants/clubs and 5 minutes to sunshine plaza shopping precent. Leave your car parked at the central oasis and go for a walk along the river to the beach. After seeing the sights relax and unwind in air-conditioned comfort, watch a movie on Foxtel or soak up the tranquility in your private courtyard.

We’re a 200m stroll from Maroochy River, a few minutes by car from Mudjimba beach, & Mooloolaba & its restaurants are 16kms. Maroochy airport is 5 mins drive, and Aust Zoo is 25mins away.

Single bush retreat: Birdhide

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Relax in this stylish newly renovated beach studio, your perfect coastal escape! Love the luxe walk-in shower, sink into the Sealy king bed with new linen bedding, and stream your favorite shows from bed. 2 km to Mudjimba Beach, cafés, and the surf, with airport 2 min away and shops/ takeout 30 sec walk away. Enjoy the kitchenette for light meals and you can say hi to our friendly golden retriever puppy as she may greet you. The locals spot!
