Мы невероятно благодарны за этот опыт! Квартира оказалась идеальной: чистота, уют, стильный интерьер, всё продумано до мелочей. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Расположение отличное, особенно если есть байк: рядом пляж, магазины и основные точки острова. Комплекс удобный, атмосфера вокруг расслабляет, отдых прошёл идеально. Квартира полностью укомплектована: кондиционеры, стиралка, посуда, фен, пылесос, много вешалок. Всё работает на высшем уровне. Мы сообщали хозяевам о мелочах — скрипящей кровати и временно неработающем втором лифте. Они быстро всё взяли во внимание и были всегда на связи, что очень ценно. Крыша с бассейном и красивыми пейзажами стала нашей любимой локацией для отдыха, а закаты, рассветы - восхищение! Всё настолько понравилось, что оставили подарок для будущих гостей — доску для плавания. Она точно пригодится, ведь пляж совсем рядом. Этот отпуск стал одним из лучших. В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

très bonne residence dans les hauteurs de kamala, avec accès piscine sauna, salle de sport a toute heure. Appartement fidèle aux photos, propre avec des hôtes réactifs, très amicaux et accueillant.

Alina est une hôte très réactive et accueillante. L’appartement est propre. petits restaurants très bons à proximité et La plage à côté est top.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung . Mit der Möglichkeit sich selbst tu versorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß, das ist einfach toll. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und am Abend kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Der Strand ist nach 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, was einfach toll ist. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had a great stay at Steven’s place in Rawai for a weekend. Walking distance to great restaurants and views of the water. Perfect location and great deal on the room. Would recommend for a short or long stay in the area.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

100% recommended. The home is wonderful- you have everything what you need for long or short term, clean and comfortable. Evgeny is a wonderful. You really have to stay in this home- you can check in from 8 in the morning and check out until 6 at the night or when you need if your flight is late- it’s amazing. Definitely will back here. Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden gewesen die Unterkunft hat viel Platz geboten tolle Umgebung und die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist umwerfend schön.

Very beautiful villa, the big swimming pool is great, looking forward to staying again

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!
