perfect person

My experience was absolutely amazing ,the building was clean and the room was amazing and it had an amazing view. When we had an issue with the lock we contacted the manager and he came straight up and sorted it out they were very helpful and wanted to see their guests happy and satisfied. The people in the area and building are the most friendliest people I have ever met .The Tv worked and had Netflix and YouTube so I was entertained and the wifi was incredible quick and strong.The area that the building is in is amazing as it has many places to visit such as a beach with a 10 minute walking distance and marina mall ,there is also a restaurant right next to the building which has amazing food at a cheap price.When I come back to Dubai I would with out a doubt want to come back to this air bnb .Thank you

Location was as described and the apartment was immaculate. It was very easy to find and easy to locate and everything was perfect. I would definitely consider staying there again and the views are very nice from the balconies.

The place is not suitable for sleeping or living dirty and there is a very bad smell
The haf is dirty and very bad and the place needs full maintenance, the kitchen is dirty and the bishop is dirty and you are inside single rooms and not a respectable apartment. The owner of the place is non-responsive and does not reply. This is a very disrespectful method. We booked and we paid what we sat in the place one minute and we tried to cancel the reservation and refund the amount, but the owner never responds, and he never recommended the place and it was taking our money and benefiting us
