Unfortunately, I did not realize that this was a shared place. The kitchen/leaving room is shared and is monitored by a camera. and the bathroom is shared too, which makes it less suitable for a family. However, the host was welcoming and helpful, the kitchen is well equipped, and the place also has a printer which may help.
