Guest House Kokoro is located one block from Miyajima's Machiya-dori Street. 　When you pass through the warm curtain at the entrance, you are guided to the courtyard by stepping stones, with bamboo walls reminiscent of a Kyoto row house restaurant. The courtyard is also beautifully balanced with white marble and gravel, contributing to the calm atmosphere. There are glass doors in the living room that allow you to see the courtyard. 　The building is only for guests to stay in through the garden, so there is no need to worry about anyone. From the outside, it is an ordinary private house, but when you step inside, it has a different atmosphere, which is part of the charm of the inn. I heard that the previous owner has always loved gardening and had a wide range of hobbies. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, I didn't intend to start an inn at first, so there is no bath facility (there is a shower). However, you can use the nearby inns as an outdoor bath. The first floor is a living room, and the second floor is a two-room Japanese-style bedroom, and up to 6 people can stay comfortably. 　In the courtyard, there is a white stone character "kokoro" (heart) inscribed in the gravel. It was made by the gardener a long time ago for fun, and it is the origin of the name of the inn. He said he wants to welcome people with all his heart and help them relax and enjoy their stay.

We rent out the entire old house + separate building in the Seto Inland Sea. Just off of National Route 188. It is a 10-second walk to the sea. The windows of the separate room overlook the sea. It is a house where a fisherman and his wife used to live. The facility itself is old and not large, but it feels like a hideaway by the sea. Relax in this quiet accommodation. * Contactless check-in * ・ You will be given a key in the key box ・ Check-in on an iPad after entering the room That's it. * For guests with children * If you don't need bedding, towels, or consumables ・ Free for children 12 years old and younger We will make sure you are. On the days when the host's cafe is open, you can also interact with other customers and enjoy tea and sweets. The host is a natural vegetable farmer!　 This 120-year-old traditional house is available for rent. There is a dining room on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor, separated by a staircase. Meals are home-cooked, with a focus on vegetables grown by the host, without fertilizers or pesticides. Meat or fish are also served, but vegetarian meals are also available upon request. You can also enjoy the free-range chicken eggs on the premises and our special homemade miso.
