This was my second stay in this cabin. This is truly a home away from home. Not only is this cabin fully furnished with everything you need, including toys for my grandson, it has a great view of both sunrise and sunset from a beautiful deck with fenced yard. My family and I made great memories during our stay. Rhonda was kind and made sure we got in ok and was flexible to extend our time of stay. I look forward to future stays.

Danielle’s place was peaceful, comfortable, clean, and had beautiful views of the river. We had an amazing weekend. We were given great instructions & directions as cell service is unavailable the closer you get. Will definitely be staying again. Perfect space for a family getaway. I was amazed with how safe & child friendly it was. With baby gates, screened in porches, I would feel 100% comfortable bringing my toddler. There was not access to swim at the Airbnb, but you’re within 20-30 min of several outfitters! My only recommendation is to drive something that can handle a couple miles of intense dirt road & have a spare tire ready!

Camille was a great host, very responsive & helpful! The Cozy Cabin was absolutely beautiful & lives up to it’s name of cozy!! Very peaceful & serene outdoor space! I booked this for my birthday & had such a relaxing weekend soaking in the view! This was our first trip to the Cozy Cabin but will not be our last! I loved every second of this trip thanks to this amazing find!!

The home is more spacious than the photos gave way to. Absolutely everything we needed for the trip was made available by Anne, including towels to use specifically on our pet. Everything was labeled and easy to locate. Property is phenomenal! The trails were very clearly marked, plenty of games and movies when wanting to stay inside and plenty of places to sit outside for sunsets and sunrises. The most simple and easy checkout instructions made clearly available. One of the best places I've stayed!!! Anne is definitely a top host!

Cozy Lake Life Cabin close to Bull Shoals Lake

This place was exactly as described in the listing but Melissa went above and beyond with the little touches! She left homemade cinnamon rolls for us at check-in (they were delicious), she left baby toys cleaned and our for our little one, AND she offers to make homemade meals because food is few and far between in the off season. The place was extremely easy to baby proof and we enjoyed the backyard & back deck. We will definitely be back again!

We had booked to go riding at Cloud 9. The location to the Ranch was great. It was so peaceful and cozy at the farmhouse. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location for us staying in Theodosia to go to the lake and be close to family.

We had a last minute change to our plans because the place we rented was not clean, hard to access, wasn't like the photos - so we needed to find a new AirBnb and Shana was recommended. Shana was very flexible and accommodating. The cell service in the country is difficult, but Shana was able to get back to us timely. Shana was flexible with the visitors, the Saturday night dinner, the fireworks, the visiting dogs and even supported a late check-out. The shower head holder broke day 1, but we paid 2x the replacement cost, we wiped down all of the counters because of some mice droppings and there were two wasps nest under the stairs that we watched out for. These are not uncommon items for being in the country. It was a terrific place, very quiet, amazing view, nice front and back porch for quiet time or sharing a meal and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.
