This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

Beautiful home, so much natural light! Keep in mind that it is up 3 flights of stairs as well as stairs coming from the driveway to the front door. Great area, slightly away from downtown. Sherin was very communicative and a great host!

It was spacious, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts. They were beyond amazing—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Mid-Century Modern made for a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Old Town Alexandria. It's a short walk to the waterfront or the Metro with a wide range of restaurants and shops along the way. The unit has a cool 1950's decor and although we only stayed one night, there's plenty of space here to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Tessa was proactive with information and quick to respond. We took advantage of the off-street parking space that was offered for a reasonable fee. It was just a block away in a small lot, with a sign to reserve the spot.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Alexandria. The location is perfect, the space is beautiful, not a single complaint. The noise wasn’t an issue at all for me, and I’m a light sleeper. I felt safe in this home and as a solo traveling female that is priceless. Parking was never an issue. Highly recommend.

This home is great! It is large and spacious, so if you have a bigger group, you don’t have to be on top of each other. Good location near the national harbor and the Capitol! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We loved our time here.

Our stay at Occaquan was peaceful, relaxing, and very much needed. Arriving to the parking lot was a breeze, only because if John's specific instructions to find it, that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Walking into the place, first impression, looks just like the picture. The very next thought, "how cute is this". From the beautiful window behind the couch with a lovely tree to watch birds in to the cozy feeling of being in a familiar place. This place is quiet, surrounded with beautiful historic scenery, and has many local shops and vendors to spend an afternoon exploring. We walked down to the park by the water way and learned some history while soaking up the sun and the breeze of nature. I absolutely recommend John's place for a stay. I know I will be returning for a simple, relaxing get away, once again! Thank you John for everything!

Claire is an excellent host and her place is lovely and very welcoming. We were there as a family and really enjoyed the space. Also Claire was very responsive and helped answer our questions fast. We’d love to stay at her place when we visit the area again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. This property was perfect! The location was walkable so many good stores and restaurants on King Street. Very clean and was exactly as pictured. Isin was very nice, welcoming and answered any questions within seconds of messaging him. Took the time to send us recommendations of new and favorite restaurants and stores. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

We had a terrific experience. We were familiar with the area as we lived in Old Town a few years ago so the location was easy for us. If you are unfamiliar with the locations I can tell you it is easily walkable to King Street and many other amenities are nearby. Amanda is a great host - the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us to stay, it was immaculate and was everything she described. Amanda is very responsive, friendly and her directions for accessing the apartment were very clear. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.

This listing is just as good as advertised, with a convenient location close to popular spots throughout the DMV area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated the free on-site parking. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with modern gadgets that made the stay even more comfortable.
