(about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area.Also I provide two bikes at the house. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. Natalie is friendly and responsible. She picked us at train station and send us to the taisha after we checked out. It was a wonderful stay. I’ll recommend her to everyone.

その昔に流行った「ぼくの夏休み」というゲームのような、懐かしさを感じられるとても素敵な古民家でした！縁側があり、庭でBBQができて、居間も広い。日本人としてもとても落ち着く、心がリセットされる宿でした。家電、キッチン用品は一通り揃っており、2階のベットルームも清潔です。個人的にはバスルームは湯船があったらとても嬉しかったですが、気にならないくらいお部屋が素敵でした。（6月で汗だくだったのと、周辺の温泉施設は18時で閉まってしまうため）このレビューを見てる方に向けての注意点を3つ。 ①玄関前まで直接車では行けません。駐車場は離れているので、横付けできないです。 ②駐車場から宿まで少し歩くのと、坂を登っていくので大荷物の場合は複数回に分ける必要があります。 ③2階へ上がる階段は古い民家特有の段差高めの急な角度なので足腰が弱い方はお気をつけください。また次回、吉野に行く際はお伺いしたいと思います。

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Miko. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Anlage die aus mehreren Wohneinheiten besteht und diese sind alle im traditionellen japanischen Stil eingerichtet. In allen Bereichen wurden nur hochwertige Materialien verwendet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der Garten ist schön und gut gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam, ich kann mich nur vollständig positiv zu meinem Aufenthalt äußern. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft allen Reisenden, die sich für Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit entscheiden, nach meiner Einschätzung gibt es, neben einem Tempel auf dem Berg in der Nähe, keine besonderen kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

We had a wonderful time staying with Chizuru and Shiniya. They are truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and generous. The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed spending rainy days playing board games with them. This stay was a real highlight of our trip to Japan. The village and surrounding scenery are breathtaking—so peaceful and serene. It was also a joy to help out on their farm and experience a bit of their daily life. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan.
