Launches March 20, 2026 [B&B Morino Akari] is a quiet old-style Japanese house surrounded by greenery, nestled in the mountains of Nara and Yoshino, and limited to one group per day.(The name means "Light of the Forest") ⚫︎ During your stay, breakfast and dinner prepared by the owner are included (see photos for reference). ⚫︎ We can also accommodate pescatarian and vegetarian meals. The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the property is for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time as freely as if you were renting the entire property. A spacious 230 ㎡ space can accommodate up to 8 people.Perfect for family or group trips.There is also good access to popular cherry blossom viewing spots, such as Mt. Mt. Yoshino, and to the World Heritage Site, Konpōzanji Temple. We have made sure you have a comfortable stay while keeping the historic beams and tiled roof.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that lights up at night.Here, you can forget about your daily routine. We recommend coming by car because of the natural environment. (If you are coming by train, we can arrange a pick-up and drop-off service to the nearest station if you wish.) Villa EDGE – A luxurious stay in an entire house In Owase, surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rivers, this is a private rental limited to one group per day. You can enjoy a free BBQ set and a campfire in the garden, or fully enjoy nature while rocking in a hammock on the 20-tatami mat wood deck. The spacious living room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling. You can relax while playing your favorite music. Access to the World Heritage Site, Kumano Kodo, and the Choshi River, known as the Miracle River, is also good, making it the perfect base for sightseeing on the Kii Peninsula. In a quiet environment surrounded by nature, you can enjoy time as if you were staying in your own private villa. It is also conveniently located within a 5-minute drive of downtown and restaurants. ⸻ Self check-in / check-out (completely contactless) • Check-in: 3 pm - 8 pm The front door will be unlocked at 3 pm, the check-in time, so you can enter immediately upon arrival. Guesthouse Agae is a limited stay for one group that has been renovated from an old private house.Located in a very convenient location, about 550 meters (about a 7-minute walk) from the Kumano Kodo and Kinro-Oji, and within a 1-minute walk of a supermarket (A-COOP), a bus stop (Kodo Aruki no Sato Chikatsuyu), and a restaurant (Tororoya). The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so we will do our best to accommodate questions, advice, and pick-up and drop-off when you need it.We can also provide a personal guide, so please feel free to consult us. The kitchen of the house is also equipped with condiments and cooking utensils. We hope you will enjoy cooking with us. You can enjoy the "Medicinal Herb Makomo Bath" at the Irori back table and the Goemon bath, where the well water is heated with firewood. There is no TV or wifi, so why not turn off your digital devices and turn on your own sensibilities?
