Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We spent 4 days immersed in tranquility. Alessandra's apartment made our stay even more pleasant, we felt at home. Perfect location, convenient to start beautiful hikes. The house is well-kept, clean and equipped with every comfort, the terrace enjoys a beautiful view and it was magical to be able to enjoy this outdoor space for breakfast, lunches and aperitifs. Alessandra is kind, helpful and accurate. We'll be back!

Mattia and Ezio's house is very nice, with attention to detail and immersed in a wonderful and relaxing environment. The house and garden have all the amenities you can want, even what you don't expect! Mattia and Ezio were more than kind and made us feel at home and pampered. Highly recommended and replicated experience!

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

we could book and check in very spontaneously. Antonio responded very quickly. We are on the road with the bikes and our dog. Due to the cold, we are in the accommodation, which is located directly on the Appennino bike path. The supermarket is also easily accessible by bike 4 km away and in the village there is a minimarket with fresh bread. The bar is also very cozy and creates a nice atmosphere. We felt comfortable and warmed up well:-) Mama Angela, was also available at all times if you need anything.

The apartment is well maintained, clean and well organized and has everything you need for a long stay. Excellent self-check-in service, we arrived after 8:00 p.m. but with all the directions we were given we entered without any problems. The owner has always been kind and helpful to our requests. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back to this apartment.

The property is in a very quiet location, ideal for those who want to explore trails and hiking trails. Although the apartment was small in size, it was perfect and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. In addition, typical products and a small breakfast are also offered. The host was extremely responsive and courteous, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The apartment is small but completely renovated and furnished with new and very functional furniture. The condominium offers common areas equipped with games (ping pong and foosball) and tables that make up for the little space available in the apartment (we are a family of 4). The building's custodian was kind and made our stay pleasant. The owner is very helpful and attentive to guests' needs.
