Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Här njuter ni av lugnet, vattnet, skogen och djurlivet i naturen. Laga mat i det fullt utrustade uteköket. Frukostpåse samt middags alternativ erbjuds. Perfekt plats för avkoppling och rekreation. Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
