Awesome! We had an extended stay, and our hosts were wonderfully accommodating. They are very friendly people and were easily accessible and responsive to our needs to ensure a comfortable stay. Their apartment was spacious, clean and bright, and their equipped kitchen, laundry and comfortable beds made for living easy. They are situated in a great location with easy access to shops, LRT transit and the 417. A great choice! We highly recommend!

Great place! 4 adults, 3 children. We skied at Camp Fortune 3 days and visited a museum on the fourth. Pictures describe the place very well. Kids played in the huge backyard. We also went for a 2 hour walk on a trail nearby. It’s a house with character, and can be a bit draughty in some places, and also is unevenly heated. That was our only issue. Nice showers and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good lighting. Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Mud room large and convenient. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

Fully-equipped cottage on a large lot. Close to several attractions and less than 25 minutes from downtown Gatineau and Ottawa. Recommended.

We stayed here for a few days. Just a family of 3, so we had loads of space. Check-in was easy and the place was as described on the listing. We loved the location because it was easy to walk into downtown Ottawa or grab a short Uber ride there. Near downtown but far enough so it was much more of a residential neighborhood. Close to the University which is great if you have kids there or wanting to tour campus. Could see families out for walks and students on the way to the University. The living room and dining area were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Very pleased. Would definitely stay again!

Marc’s place checked off all our boxes for a wonderful weekend getaway celebrating my 30th birthday. Space was big enough for our 10 guests to comfortably sleep. Large dining room table to sit all of us for meals. Enough space in the backyard to play games and plenty of seating available. Fire pit was our favourite part with plenty of firewood to use! Marc was responsive to my messages and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Could not recommend this place more!

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The setting is peaceful and private. The large deck supplied with paddle board/kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit were highlights. We had lots of fun swimming and paddling around the lake, which was clear and quiet. The cottage is more on the rustic side, but is as shown in the photos. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! The hosts provided very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, and were quick to respond to messages.

We had a great time at Sasha’s cottage! We loved the coffee bar and thank Sasha for the extra coffee pods she left for our group. We also took advantage of the 2 massage chairs and the chi machine she left at our disposal. All these extra touches added to our experience and we felt pampered with everything in the house. Thank you for the hospitality, we would love to come back again!

Very clean and cozy home hosted by very nice people.

We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give it 100 stars, I would! This was hands down my best stay ever. The cottage is magical—quiet, spotless, and so cozy I instantly felt at home. The view? Absolutely breathtaking. You can see the lake from every room—even from bed! I slept like a queen in nature’s embrace. The area is perfect for peaceful walks and soul resets. Now, Megan—she’s the kind of host you wish every Airbnb had. So responsive, so proactive, I suspect she has superpowers. Every little request was handled faster than I could hit send. She made sure everything was perfect before I even had to ask. I felt so at home, I almost started forwarding my mail there. Confession: I debated not writing this review because I don’t want it to get booked solid… but they deserve all the love. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, treat it like the rare gem it is—and please, leave a few weekends open for me. 💛 P.S. I brought home memories, peace of mind, and about 237 lake view pics. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful quality chalet and with the added bonus of a jaccuzi that works perfectly!

Manon’s place was great! We six ladies spent the day at the Nordik Spa, then relaxed in this sweet, cozy home. It is very close to the spa, and there are great restaurants also walking distance. We had every kitchen amenity we could think of needing, and then some. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and bathrooms well appointed. I highly recommend Manon’s place, wonderful stay!

I booked this Airbnb super last minute due to a family member in hospital nearby - one of the days I even walked to the hospital and back. Very beautifully designed space - charming apartment located at the back of the hosts home. Very clean, equipped with everything you may need. Charming neighbourhood, with the most beautiful garden outside your big picture windows. My 6 month old son enjoyed the morning birds, and even spotting little rabbits. Great location, short drive to downtown. It’s the best option while in Ottawa, many many thanks I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Very friendly cottage for a small family with a large well-lit living room. Well oriented so you can feel the presence of other neighbors and enjoy nature. Access to the Gatineau River is a major asset.

We were a group of 6 girls who had a fantastic weekend away at this home. the place is beautiful decorated and well kept, homey and inviting. the amenities were amazing - robes and slippers to use with the hot tub, snacks, and a bottle of wine - even Bobby pins and hair elastics in the bathrooms. Everything was well thought out!! Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Jane’s cabin was perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed the view of the water and taking long dog walks in the bush. Sitting in front of the log fire with my coffee was my favourite thing. Jane was very responsive and helpful letting us check in early. We highly recommend Jane’s cabin. We had a fabulous stay.

Its a beautiful home and very clean. Very quiet neighbourhood. It felt like home too.
