The apartment is on the ground floor, in the Historic Center of the city. Close to the pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. Next to the city's tourist attractions: Tiradentes Square, Museum of the Inconfidência, Church of Santa Efigênia, Convention Center, UFOP Lookout, Chico Rei Mine, Casa dos Contos, Rua Direita. The view is a Postcard of the city. The silence brings peace and warmth to the tranquility, with a lot of security and super nice neighbors.

Casa Sebastião

It has the most beautiful view of Ouro Preto and is located in the heart of the city, next to the Museum of the Inconfidência and the Church of Nossa Senhora do Carmo, from where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. It also has a restaurant on the first floor, where we serve breakfast. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, which are not included in the reservation price. The apartment is small but close to everything, which can be a great value.

The chalet is about 300 meters from downtown Lavras Novas, in the Ouro Preto district, which allows you to do everything on foot: restaurants, craft shops, cafes, the central square, and the colonial church — but still maintaining that feeling of tranquility, a little away from the buzz, close to nature. The cottage has a full kitchen with utensils and a breathtaking whirlpool. Breakfast is served in the room. Lavras Novas is 18 km from Ouro Preto.
