The house is on a quiet street, with a front garden and a small lake in the back. It has a staircase to access the house with a few steps. It is located near beautiful waterfalls such as Sertãozinho 1, 2 and 3, as well as wineries in the region. The region is also known for its great mountain biking and trail running trails. For practitioners, it is a paradise.

It has 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed + separate double mattress, 1 external bathroom, kitchen, living room and leisure area. Currently accommodates 4 people, but it is possible to include more if you have tents or mattresses (max. 8 people).
