Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with volleyball court, pool and outdoor area are incredible assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, even better in real life. It's very beautiful, pleasant and cozy. This house has a lot of charm. My friends and I felt like we were in a different world. I celebrated my birthday there, we had unforgettable moments. Really a big thank you to Fatiha, who was exceptional throughout our stay and very kind. Super fluid communication, very helpful and very good advice. She did everything she could to make our stay a success. And all this only in writing. Exceptional. Thanks again, because my very first stay in Marrakech was a great success. I recommend it!

The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive, responding quickly to any questions we had. The caretaker welcomed us warmly and was very understanding throughout our stay. What a beautiful villa! Even nicer in real life! The villa was clean, well kept and there were lots of little touches that made it special. We opted for breakfast and dinner, and had authentic home cooked Moroccan food. A great, secure and private location on a golf course that’s secure and gated. Nada was absolutely brilliant in recommending things to do and so responsive! Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Very good stay: - Quiet accommodation but close to Marrakech and the mountain - beautiful outdoor: swimming pool, terrace with living room and dining area, sunbed to enjoy the sun - Pleasant interior: 2 living rooms with air conditioning, a large TV, kitchen dining room with all the equipment and basics ( spices, coffee, dishwashing liquid, dish towels...). Missing a microwave. Large bedrooms with air conditioning in the largest. Shower room with hot water. - The big plus is the kindness of Eddine: He came to meet us by car to guide us to the house. He informed us about places to visit, mountain hikes, nearby shops ( he even guided us to the department store), restaurants, places to change money. He was very responsive when we needed information. We had an issue with our GPS, he helped us find the equipment for troubleshooting. Thanks to him

Nice place not too far from the city center, about a 10 min taxi ride. Multiple pools that you can utilize and a huge golf course. It has a walking path with is a few km long around the area which is lovely to walk around. A downside is that it is right by the airport so you hear planes take off and land often. Another downside is the small bed. It is roughly a 120cm wide bed which is very snug for two normal sized people. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely patio. Faisal was very accommodating and helpful.

We had a pleasant weekend, peaceful environment and easy to find, the apartment is tastefully decorated, very chic and comfortable living room, very comfortable bedding too, very cozy vibes, it feels like home. The terrace is a big plus. Carrefour at the bottom of the building as well as a bakery, which was very helpful. Tarik was very friendly and responsive. We will come back without hesitation.

Shawn is an excellent host and the apartment is quiet and beautiful. It’s easy to get a bus or taxi nearby and we loved having a quiet place to come back to each day. Everything was comfortable and as/advertised, and Shawn went out of his way to solve a few problems for us. 10/10 recommend.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, parking spot and the pool. Great place to stay in Marrakech, 20/25 mins walk into the very centre of the Medina. Apartment was very clean and was as described in the listing. Fleurs was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had some trouble with the electric suddenly turning off, but Fleurs was quick to sort this out for us. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was very centrally located – we could walk to almost everything. To the most important points in the city, we only needed about 20 to 40 minutes from the apartment. We were traveling with two toddlers, and the apartment was perfect for us: very spacious and with direct access to the terrace. Communication with Olivier went smoothly at all times.
