Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Oued Tensift

We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Our stay at Riad Modjakech was simply unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Marco, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. The riad is a real gem, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comforts. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere that emerges invites you to relax. Everything was sparkling clean (thanks also to the vacuum cleaner king ;-) The location is ideal: quiet alley, just minutes from the bustle of the medina. After our days of discovery, we liked to relax on the terrace and its pool. A huge thank you to Mohamed and Fatima, who were simply exceptional. Mohamed was able to advise us accurately on the activities, and Fatima… what a cook! You don't want to miss the tajine. We'll be back for sure

Fatima and Simon were extremely kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions and did us a lot of favors. They adapted to our needs (flexible check-in). The accommodation is very well located (5 minutes from the square). Beautiful decoration, very clean. Beautiful performance

Matthieu place is very walkable but his great recommendations made our arrival stressfree. Fatima prepared a lovely meal and assisted with our plans. What a magnificent riad!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

Very nice accommodation, very available host, it's very nice. The pool is great, the place is not very busy in June and very family-friendly, we appreciate the calm that reigns there. The apartment is very good, if you like cats, a white kitten with red spots will be happy to meet you. 🤩

I am very pleased with the airbnb. First, the communication was extremely nice and the response time very fast. All of our requests were answered. The house was not only clean, but also very nicely decorated. The apartment was provided with everything you needed. The kitchen also had everything you need to cook comfortably. In addition, children were well taken into account. Toys, cots, games, color markers, children's pool, dining chair... they enjoyed themselves. In addition, I highly recommend ordering food through the host as well. The tajins that are prepared are so tasteful, even more delicious than in the nearby restaurant. We felt very safe, you don't just come up to the complex. The control is strict. So this is ideal for families. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and even wanted to book for days, but the house was already rented. Not completely unimportant, the beds slept wonderfully! We will definitely come back!

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!

Where to start … we had a great time with the family (great grandparents , grandparents , grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Riad was perfectly located to discover the famous red city; a remarkable cleanliness and as described. But how not to talk about Hanane and Radija: availability , kindness , excellent food, lots of tenderness and kindness. Two upsetting people as they were attentive and adorable. Two people who marked our stay and thanks to whom we will keep a wonderful memory of this time spent with family. Looking forward to coming back soon . Thank you for everything

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Villa with plenty of space and lovely surroundings, Fatiha was superfast to respond to any queries that we had and also let us check in early and check out late which we really appreciated and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would stay again.

Catherine & Christian are excellent hosts. They have a great deal of knowledge about the area. Great recommendations, guidance and even assistance in connecting us to drivers, luggage porters, excursions (Agafay camel rides, ATVs and Imlil Valley/Atlas Mountain hike and meal with a local family) and guides. Trust them! The staff in the riad are lovely, kind and responsive. I can't say enough good things about Abdou, Nadia & Sanaa. A beautiful breakfast every morning presented with amazing hospitality. An easy path to memorize to the main square and souks. We visited as 6 adults (4 college aged kids). Plenty of space for us to sleep & lounge. In fact, our hosts checked in with us, just to ensure we were aware our kids might need to share a queen bed - a very considerate thing to do. The house is beautiful, the pictures represent it well. But you will still be stunned by the beauty. Marrakech is stunning & magical and the Riad matches this perfectly. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Said’s place. The setting was magnificent, my kids aged 5 and 7 loved exploring the gardens and seeing all the animals. Their favourite was the peacock! The house was immaculate, with everything you need. The pool was fabulous! Said organised a taxi for us who even stopped at the supermarket for us on the way which was essential as there are no shops close by. Thank you so much, we would love to return sometime! Julia

We, a family with 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed for one week. The house and the garden are an absolute paradise. Amazing pool and traditional moroccon furniture and decoration. The house alone is already exceptional but what made our vacation even better, are Abdou and his family. His wife is an amazing cook and she provided breakfast and Dinner for. Delicious and humongous portions. Abdou did provide transfers and an excellent day trip for us. Always polite and with a smile in his face. Our kids loved him. I would stay in the house again in a heartbeat. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Morocco.

Jean-Pierre's villa is in a lot of perfect points, very beautiful decor, very clean. Small downside a little out of the way so you have to take a taxi to get around and the noise of planes a little inconvenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakech! The place is really nice, with neat and elegant architecture. Everything is impeccably clean. The pool is a real gem, perfect for enjoying the Marrakech sun. We had a great time with the family. Mr. Walid was exceptional: always available, attentive and very welcoming. He was able to respond to all our requests with kindness and efficiency. The villa is in a good location, minutes from the center, with several amenities nearby. But what really marked our stay was the pool attendant. Her generosity and kindness exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did he ensure the good condition of the pool, but he also had a touching attention by bringing us fresh bread, a simple gesture in appearance, but which deeply warmed our hearts. She is someone who embodies Moroccan hospitality. Thank you very much.
