Adji was a perfect host. The communication was fantastic. House near N’gor island, beach and some cool shops in the neighborhood.

Host who responded quickly, good services, Airbnb super beautiful as in the photos and close to restaurants and the like. It felt like my home away from home. I would highly recommend it I would come back for my second visit 👌🇸🇳

I really enjoyed my stay at Martone"s place. It is in a local neighborhood and I appreciated staying there opposed to a "tourist area".The apartment is literally right on the ocean and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Her husband was my tour guide and wonderful at what he does. He stayed in the same building so the pairing of the apartment and his tour guide services I found super convenient. He was also my airport transportation. I would definitely stay at Martone's place again and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at Laurence’s place for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for us. Beautiful house and garden entrance, super comfortable bed, amazing terrace. Really, we could not have asked for more. Not too many mosquitos, the spacious apartment allows for great airflow and overall just a place where you feel home immediately. Lots of good places to eat and shop in walking distance. Communication was straight forward and Cherif was super friendly and useful in providing advise for onwards travels. If we ever come back to Dakar, we would stay here again without a doubt.

Celine's place was great, her family's home is very spacious and her team are extremely accommodating. The guardian tapha became my toddler son's best friend. The location was great, the mosquito nets in each room proved to be invaluable during this time of year. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was wonderful. Thank you again, Celine!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Angela’s place. Angela is very responsive and the house guardian, Abdoulaye was extremely helpful. Starting at my airport pickup, every request was answered. I didn’t realize how far Dakar is from the home, but Abdoulaye ensured I had a driver whenever I wanted to go anywhere. Location, location, location!! This house is literally on the beach. The view is amazing. I loved watching the fishermen out on the water and seeing the kids playing. I should also note that the WiFi works wonderfully. Overall, I loved my stay. Thank you Angela!

This was my third week at Daphnes, just kept extending our stay because it just has everything we needed and more. I liked the space, the house was cool and airy enough we didn’t use the aircon or fans. I’m quite a foodie and the kitchen is perfectly adequate to make delicious meals from local ingredients. The blender/ hob/ oven all fine. Plenty of cutlery and crockery , bakeware, serving platters and gadgets. Fridge/freezer nice and large. Coffee percolator- 🙏Thank you. Abundance of options for dining, breakfast on the covered patio, lunch & afternoon tea in the front garden. Dinner at the dining table either on the main floor or in the first floor lounge/ diner den( has sink)overlooking sea. I haven’t slept and relaxed so well in years. So many little extra touches that just made the stay so good. A real homely stay for peace and tranquility. Loved the hula hoop!!!! I’m sure I will return.

Very nice house: three bedrooms and each one bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. The house is clean. There is a garden with a very nice pool at the back! Ismaila, the caretaker, welcomes you and helps you whenever there is any problem. Sometimes the wifi can stop but thankfully Eve is responsive. The house is accessed by roads coming from Toubab Dialaw or Popenguine, it is best to have your car to get around easily.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was so helpful. Let us checkout really late the next day. The cook made delicious food every day. Jean was also very helpful, gave us recommendations. I would recommend anyone visiting to stay here

We had a great time. The villa is very pleasant and its position by the sea is perfect. The secure pool is a great asset when you are with small children. 3 terraces offer beautiful views and different views of the sea and there is a very large backyard where the children enjoyed frolicking, in addition to the basketball court. The rooms are comfortable although slightly small. The host, Awa was super attentive and very easy, and the house staff very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful beachfront house with large garden and direct access to the beach. Very responsive and flexible host and welcoming and available house staff. Perfect place to spend a few days for several families with children thanks to the many common areas and some rooms with several beds. The Somone Lagoon is within walking distance of the beach (20 minutes).

Small weekend with friends with 3 children aged 3, we had a very pleasant time: a little pool, outings (on foot) to the beach, a drink at Sobo Badé with original architecture, a reggae concert on the beach and a stop on the way back to Acrobaobab. Alex and Anne are very friendly, the grapefruits from their garden are delicious :) and we will have great pleasure in returning with family or friends on another weekend. Just 1.5 hours from Dakar, it's great for disconnecting and the accommodation is very comfortable - and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Thanks again Alex & Anne :) See you soon, inch allah.

The apartment is conveniently located and very accessible plus has a pool great for kids. We had a very nice stay.

This is a very lovely flat by the beach in Yoff — it is shared by Carolina's sister and her partner, who are very friendly. A nice view of the waves is a plus. A great location to be close to the beach and take surfing classes/surf. Note that if you often need to go to Plateau or other areas in the city, you need to account for traffic and commuting times.

What a great experience I had staying here!! The place was absolutely stunning from the views to the layout of the place. The host Ibrahima was amazing super responsive!! Anything you need he’s your man from directions, advice on cool things to do in Dakar or food options. The beach is awesome about a 5 minute walk. 100% would recommend!!

Mouhammadou had organized transport for us, which is recommended, because the first time, the street is not easy to find. We were very late with the plane, but everything went smoothly. Very proper accommodation, large living room, large bedrooms, everything was well explained. Beautiful sea view. Location of the apartment is 10 min by taxi from the Almadies and the cliff. The apartment is also well secured and the guards are very nice. For taxis use the Yango or Heetch apps, very convenient. Once we couldn't catch a taxi with the app and the kind security guard went to get a taxi for us. The bonus of this apartment is also the piano, ideal for amateur musicians like me. To be repeated!

It’s definitely a 5 star place . Even more beautiful than the photos . Loved every stay there
