Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

We had a great time at the Villa des Arts. The house is beautiful, spacious, and the bathrooms in all the rooms are a real asset. We'll be back with pleasure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakech! The place is really nice, with neat and elegant architecture. Everything is impeccably clean. The pool is a real gem, perfect for enjoying the Marrakech sun. We had a great time with the family. Mr. Walid was exceptional: always available, attentive and very welcoming. He was able to respond to all our requests with kindness and efficiency. The villa is in a good location, minutes from the center, with several amenities nearby. But what really marked our stay was the pool attendant. Her generosity and kindness exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did he ensure the good condition of the pool, but he also had a touching attention by bringing us fresh bread, a simple gesture in appearance, but which deeply warmed our hearts. She is someone who embodies Moroccan hospitality. Thank you very much.

We were very well hosted in the accommodation as part of a private residence and secured by staff. The accommodation was very nice, good quality, with attentive staff. The only downside would be the rather complicated communication with the housekeeper who only speaks Arabic. But she makes an effort to try to understand as best she can.

I celebrated my 30th birthday with 13 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very accommodating: from doing our grocery shopping, help setting up the bbq and using the car service on site made the stay even better. FYI - you are at least a 30 mins drive from the medina centre but we didn’t mind as the villa was perfect. If you are going as a large group just be mindful that some may have 4 people in one bedroom. The hosts on site were also able to move a a couple of the single beds around to accommodate us. The breakfast each morning was also a lovely touch! Thanks again for a unforgettable stay

It’s an absolute pleasure staying at Zahras place!

We had an unforgettable family stay at this beautiful villa in Marrakech! Travel with my wife and our two daughters aged 3 and 4 – everything was there for a perfect vacation, both relaxing and entertaining. The little extra: a splendid pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, a traditional hammam, a ping pong table, as well as games and a slide perfectly adapted to children – our daughters had a great time! We also used the cook, and it's a must if you want to discover the local cuisine without having to lift a finger: a real delight at every meal! On the security side, a discreet and reassuring guard watches over 3/4 villas of the estate, which allowed us to fully enjoy and peace of mind. Finally, the host was exceptional: very available, he recommended restaurants adapted to our desires (family, lively or quiet), as well as several activities nearby. Everything was great!

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos, or even more beautiful in reality. Habiba, the cook, embodies true Moroccan hospitality, with exemplary kindness and politeness and she impressed us with her smile and warm welcome. The place is impeccable, nothing to repeat. I would highly recommend it. You just have to allow between 25 and 30 minutes by car to reach the center of Marrakech, and this was mentioned in the listing so we already knew it, no surprises.

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning Villa Shems. The service that Naceur provided was top notch. No question was too small. He also helped arrange a driver and meals (which were delicious). Zineb was so kind. The “extras” made the stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Shems and intend to return on another trip.

One of the most beautiful riads in the center of Marrakech with incredible details and attention. The staff with their smile and kindness made us feel at home. a big plus is the pool on the terrace for hot days We'll be back again because you're really good.

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

We had an amazing time at Hamza's villa! My whole family and I were delighted by this beautiful place. The villa is located in a very secure and quiet area, which allowed us to fully relax. The on-site staff were exceptional: always attentive to us and available for anything we needed. We loved the experience so much that we are already planning to return this summer. I would recommend this place 100%!

Very good trip made in the last week of May. The villa is even better than in the photos, it's very spacious. Noura welcomed us very warmly and prepared good Moroccan dishes, we were fully satisfied. Afterwards, if I may, for the maintenance of the lawns, you should warn us and if possible organize it on the last day of the trip because it prevented us from enjoying the sun in the afternoon of the penultimate. The sandstorm was also annoying because the pool was very dirty, but the host fixed the problem the next day. We are satisfied with our rental which was close to excellent except for a few details.

This place, so special, no words. It’s one of those magical places where you instantly feel at home. The architecture js madly beautiful and the garden a dream. Samira, Habibe and Rachid took the best care of us, always welcoming us with a smile. Our kids miss them already. We had such a great time and will try to come back next year. Big recommendation!

Very pleasant house to live in, certainly set back but it is necessary to have calm. Rooms with lots of lights, very good quality facilities and a great pool. The welcome was friendly with a team serving guests. We will come back to this without hesitation!

Communication was excellent throughout, with great support in arranging some private needs. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Medina, giving you a true taste of Marrakech. Perfect stay in Marrakech. Close to the old city, to the airport, to good restaurants and activities. Amazing with a private pool. Babusha made amazing Tajine for us, and it was always perfectly clean everyday, that we really appreciated. They also had a ping pong table that was used a lot by us. Perfect stay, highly recommend to others!
