Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ottawa

Even though our stay was short, Eskedar’s place was very clean, clutter free and had the necessities we needed. Beds were comfortable. Area seemed quiet and low key. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great place, immaculately clean, bright and modern. Easy access , and fantastic host. Only minor critique, would be there isn’t much for cookwear available. Beyond that, perfect!

Petite maison rénovée au goût du jour tout juste située à l'intersection de la rue principale où se trouve tous les services. L'air climatisé central a été bien utile (en ces quelques jours de canicule). Winchester se trouve à 30 minutes de la ville d'Ottawa et à 45 minutes des Outlets. Nous en avons aussi profité pour sillonner la région en empruntant les routes secondaires qui présentaient de beaux paysages. C'est un coin tout prêt de la grande ville qui reste à découvrir.

the house was beautiful and bigger than it looked in pictures. the owner even left us some treats it was really kind of him. we didnt encounter any problems while on our trip and the weekend was amazing tha k you again

très belle place moi et ma copine avons séjourné 4 nuit! nous étions a Ottawa pour festival escapade et c'étais merveilleux belle place tranquille très propre logement très bien équipée pour tous nos besoins situer très près de station de bus de plus l'hôte étais très actif des l'arrivées et étais a la disposition si ils nous manquais quoi que se sois et prenais des nouvelles pour savoir si tous étais beau tous étais PARFAIS

Some places are just houses. Others hold space and pause. From the first moment we walked in, "The River Retreat" welcomed us like a warm hug. My siblings and I came here to honour the one-year anniversary of our mother’s passing, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Peaceful, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Every room, view, and amenity gave us a chance to breathe, reflect, and spend quality family time together. We tried all the amenities, including the hot tub, canoe, kayaks, fire pit, and pool table. But our favourite pass time and location was definitely the home cooked meals around the round table overlooking the river. We left feeling full in every sense. Thank you Marlene and Morgan for being such fantastic hosts! We’ll absolutely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's place! The spacious layout made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights for us was the basement bedroom, which is perfect for those who prefer a cooler environment. Meanwhile, the upstairs bedrooms are great for those who enjoy a warmer atmosphere. The hot tub was another standout feature of our stay, providing the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic as well; there's a lovely path along the river for walks, and being close to the train station made it easy to visit downtown without the hassle of parking. Overall, we highly recommend Lisa's place for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Wonderful hosts, easy short walk to trails and park along with Sat farmers market. Home had everything we needed to include tub, washer/dryer, nepresso coffee

This was such a lovely place to stay in. It was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, parking was convenient. Mohammad was also such a great host! We checked in late, and Mohammad still welcomed us, and gave us a tour. He was very responsive through the Airbnb app too. I strongly recommend staying in this place, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this place for my brothers to stay during a family trip to Ottawa. They gave it “five stars” reporting that the place is great. More comments: Lovely patio for a morning coffee and located in a cute neighbourhood. Well stocked for the three of us staying there. We stayed in the summer. It was a little hot at night if you close the bedroom doors. But the overhead fans made it comfortable. Wifi worked great for video calls. We were thrilled that checkout did not require any extra work! Would stay again.

Logement bien situé à proximité des restaurants, du Parc de la Gatineau et du spa. Facile d’accès. Cuisine bien équipée. Le seul bémol est la clarté le matin sinon c’est vraiment très bien. J’y retournerai probablement.

My parents come over to visit, so we were looking for a place to stay. We found patrick’s house and it felt right like home. Patrick was very proactive, he would respond to your question without délai, with the next 15min. We enjoyed out stay and we still wanted to stay for longer. Anyway, Patrick is the place, a home to stay in. 🙏🏾

This is such a cute getaway! Beautiful scenery, nice location and walking distance to Almonte. I would really recommend this. Meredith was very responsive and attentive, as a single traveller I felt very safe here. There is a little bit of footstep noise from upstairs, which didn't bother me at all but something to keep in mind if you are very sensitive! Thanks for a great stay.

Logement spatieux et bien situé, rue commerçante à proximité immédiate et Ottawa by train en 20 min. Parking voiture à l'arrière de la maison. Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation avec l'appartement du propriétaire à l'étage.

A very spacious one bed apartment with an enormous terrace and great views across the city. Bed is large (UK super king size) which is not the norm in our experience and a real bonus. Good wifi and a good shower with bath tub. Easy 15 minute walk into the very centre of Ottawa. The electric curtains are not black outs so we woke quite early with the light but not a major issue. Would definitely stay again.

J’avais réservé ce logement pour mon père, et il l’a beaucoup apprécié. L’hôte a été très gentil avec lui et a tout fait pour qu’il se sente un peu plus chez lui, surtout qu’il avait le mal du pays.

Highly recommend, spotless place, a plethora of shopping, including groceries, within walking distance; a very spacious two bedroom with a huge bathroom and open space kitchen/living with giant windows and a huge balcony. Kitchen has everything one could need to whip out a good meal, the host generously provided a supply of good coffee for the drip coffeemaker and a selection of teas as well, a super nice touch after a long drive. We will back.

This stay was simply perfect! I could ramble on but believe the hype, the space is wonderful and Sylvia was a fantastic host. Amazing value, couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)
