Alloggio ad uso esclusivo, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Living con angolo cottura, TV e divano senza letto. Zona notte con letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e TV. L'esterno con vista sul giardino ha un tavolo bistrot, per momenti di relax. L'alloggio è a Roma Nord-Ovest, zona tranquilla ricca di spazi verdi. Si raggiunge la linea A della Metro Cornelia distante 9km dall'appartamento utilizzando un bus. Lo spazio esterno per l'animale domestico non è recintato. Divieto per fuoco o barbecue.

Dopo quasi 5 anni di stop sono lieto di potervi ospitare nuovamente nel mio appartamento dove ho avuto il piacere di ospitare negli anni scorsi molti di voi! Situato a Roma nel quartiere Selva Candida. Zona tranquilla, dista soli 9 km dalla fermata della metro Battistini (linea A), raggiungibile con la linea autobus 904 (fermata a 50 mt dalla casa). L'appartamento, moderno e accogliente, è dotato di ogni comfort e dispone di un ampio terrazzo ideale per cene all'aperto nelle serate romane!

Stazione FL3 per il centro e Parcheggio recintato

Una verde oasi in città priva di rumori, con un ampio terrazzo soleggiato e 400 metri di giardino. Il parcheggio è recintato e chiuso da un cancello. Il treno metropolitano FL3 è a 400 metri e ha stazioni di collegamento con le altre metro (A e B) per giungere a Fontana Trevi, Colosseo etc. Giunge in 20 minuti a San Pietro, in 25 minuti a Trastevere . I bambini dispongono di altalene, cavalluccio e porta di calcio.
