Tim is a wonderful host. On the day of our booking, we encountered bad weather and asked Tim, just hoping for the best, if we could change the date. It was during the busy Easter holiday period, but Tim generously offered us another day, for which we’re truly grateful. We had a very pleasant stay. When we arrived at night, there was a light left on outside the house, which made it easy for us to find. There’s cafe just a minute away, which was really convenient. And in the morning, we were greeted by beautiful scenery.

Beautiful spot. Loved sitting on the deck eating breakfast, listening to the native birds. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Host is great, very accomodating and quick to respond to any queries.

Christines place is great! It’s clean, well equipped and great house for a nice vacation. Garden is lovely with an outdoor fire and grass for kids to play around on. I would 100% stay again. We were two families with four kids in total and it worked very well. House is close to the playground and beach which makes it even better:)

Very easy to find and access. The views over the inlet are stunning and make you relax from the moment you walk in the door. Our hosts also kindly left us a little gift which was much appreciated. Everything clean and tidy.

Very nice clean property. It had everything in the kitchen so that we could cook and have snacks. Wonderful entertaining spaces. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice quality furniture and finishes. Location is super!

Aaron was highly responsive, allowing us to select accommodations of our choice when renovations impacted the original venue. The alternative option he proposed was excellent—great value for money, tranquil, and surrounded by plenty of exciting activities. I wholeheartedly recommend Aaron for his honesty and exceptional hospitality.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The house was older and not a professional airbnb but Mark was upfront about this so everything was all good!

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

Robyn was a great host and had great recommendations for local activities. We took our large dog with us and Robyn was very accommodating. Overall we had a great stay in the beautiful private location.

Christine’s place is a wee gem. Beautiful part of the country and so cosy and private. Would definitely come back and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Cosy accommodation with everything we needed. Also a great spot - close to town, the marina and the beach. Shane is a super helpful and responsive host!

Wendy was a lovely host and accommodated us and our dog very well. The house is in an excellent location, walking distance to Luke's Kitchen and the beach. The outdoor area is lovely and well equipped. Our only feedback was that the house was not as private as we thought it would be, was in quite close proximity to Wendy's house. However, they were great hosts, so it didn't bother us too much.

A very peaceful place to stay whatever the weather. We were there when a cyclone came near Coromandel and the inside of the house stayed warm and dry (especially with the help of the wood stove). There were comfortable sofas for extended reading binges. Even showering outside in the rain was nice!

Such a wonderful little cottage. Everything you could need and the setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Shane is an amazing host, very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay at your little peace of heaven. Anna & Anita
