The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Located in beautiful Otaihanga at the end of a quiet cul de sac 3 minutes walk from Waikanae river. Here you can walk to the Waikanae Estuary Scientific Reserve, Kāpiti beaches or join the Kāpiti Coastal Cycle Route and Te Araroa Walking Trail. You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

The Cottage has a complete kitchen and two good sized bedrooms equipped with queen beds and internal wardrobes. It is equipped with a heat pump and for those cozy cool evenings a fire place. If your fancy takes you, there is an outside bath on the veranda that you can relax in and enjoy while watching the birds in the tree tops.
