Henry's Place is a rarity in Ikeja. It sits right next to the airport and off the Abeokuta Expressway yet it's so peaceful and quiet. The location is secure and has at least 3 security gates/check points before you reach the apartments. Rideshare pick-ups and drop-offs are easy. The staff were all very helpful, responsive, proactive and accommodating.

After a few hiccups the first day, Ib made sure our stay was very enjoyable. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Ib was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The apartment was absolutely stunning and liked even better in real life. Amazing location and great pool. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place !!! Is great place and very secure is place to be feel at home friendly people from security till the assistant miss Amarachi always there in all situations for assistance 24/7 both electricity and security, very very clean more than my expectations The host is great person and understandable in one word his excellent all the amenities are extremely attractive and good, Ayodele place is home from home. Like to recommend his place for all my diaspora friends, Ayodele even organised Airport transfers to his place both to and from on a special arrangement his extremely excellent. Great location, the listing was as described and the host communication was really great.

Though beautiful and peaceful, you don't want a child roaming around in the compound ,crying in the morning to wake you up while enjoying your sleep. The staff are very good and ready to assist, but they need to keep the child in check. Edwin is a super assistant and major asset while John is at times mild and not a ready can-do person, but he can do better. The cleaner is not bad but can do better. The child is beautiful but roams around in the compound, either crying or sttemptinv to go into flats when her mother is cleaning. Lastly, the place is worth it and I have already made up my mind that I'll be back.

Dipo's place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in super easy and the whole stay stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great spots to eat and explore nearby. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, top-notch stay.

Home away from home This place is top notch and quality. I felt like I was home. A serene location within the chaos of Lagos. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The property manager/host was responsive to any concerns raised (to be honest there were no concerns, more like questions). Cleaning services twice a week and location is quite secure. This is my favorite place I have stayed so far visiting Lagos. I definitely will be booking it again for my next visit. Highly recommend.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Lagos This is what you’d call a diamond in the rough. If you’re searching for a place to stay anywhere in Lagos, look no further—this is it. The home was exceptionally clean and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality is a top priority here. What truly stood out was the level of care and attentiveness. When the power went out in the middle of the night (as is common in Lagos), they woke up just to turn on the generator and ensure our comfort. That kind of commitment is rare. The service and experience truly rivaled what you’d expect at a 5-star Marriott hotel. Mr. Oladipupo, thank you for going above and beyond. Your warmth, kindness, and professionalism made this feel like a true home away from home. I now know where I’ll be staying every time I’m in Nigeria. You’ve earned a loyal guest.

Overall we had a good start at Olushola's place. He was very responsive and on top of everything, he also provided complementary drinks and wine. We did have a number of issues while we were there but he stepped up to resolve them as soon as possible. It was easy to get in an out of the estate as they operated a "code system" which was sent to us daily without fail. The apartment is also within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is also worth noting a couple of cons: 1. the washing machine is semi-automatic 2. the building's gym is open (quite warm) and some of the machines e.g. treadmill do not work

We needed a calm, peaceful, and quiet place to spend my time while in Lagos. Treasure's apartment provided all that. The personal welcome on the second day added an even more warm touch to our experience. She was also really helpful, considerate, and responsive with the few requests we had. The place offered all the amenities listed. We needed a place not too far from the airport; and being just about 10 minutes drive away, it is the perfect choice. All in all, the service was worth the fee and we will definitely make Treasure's place our first consideration whenever we need to be in Lagos again.

Decided to stay at odelia apartment following recommendations from a friend. My children and I had a wonderful stay and was very easy to settle in as apartment was well organised and instructions visible. Apartment was as described,easy to access safe and very serene and private and yet close to all amenities. Host Bayo was responsive and made sure that any query was easily resolved. Access to street is gated and entrance to building is also gated with friendly staff such as Yusuf who was very helpful . Apartment was clean and cleaned intermittently during our stay by polite and professional staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay which came to an end quickly. I highly recommend the apartment and will be staying here again in the future. Bayo is an excellent host.

I rarely buy anything without checking the reviews. However, despite Oluwadamilare's place being new and not having any, I felt the pictures were good enough to proceed with the booking. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment was exactly as described. I was blown away by how spacious, clean, and tidy it was. The apartment also had all the amenities that made it a great stay. Power was 24/7, and the cleaner did an outstanding job every time he showed up. The tranquil nature of the building and neighborhood made it easy to work, and the security was top-notch. Oluwadamilare was a great host, always checking daily if I had any issues or concerns. This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Lagos. It is only a short distance from the airport and to major malls like Ikeja City Mall and Maryland Mall, staff were very helpful and polite, room was clean and spacious with house keeping available daily, gym and pool were also a great bonus. Cannot fault it at all, I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend if planning to base your stay on mainland.

This listing honestly exceeded the description and my expectations. The building was VERY secure, gated with 24/7 security, doorman, and receptionist. The elevators require specific keys to even use them. Second, the space was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable. Additionally, the building had the most amazing amenities. If we come back, this is the only place I’d stay. And the host was very responsive and helpful. I can’t express how great of a time we had here.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice and cozy apartment in a secured environment. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. There was construction during the day, but nothing that disturbed me too much. The water ran yellow and sometimes brown and the lights went off occasionally, but the lights were quickly restored each time with a back up generator. The excellent service and apartment made all the negatives easy to deal with. I will definitely rebook when I return to Nigeria. I absolutely adored it!

He was kind, helpful and flexible.., sent me a pickup and kept in touch. Also offered me help all the time from offering help to shop for me, to paying charging money etc

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The place is located in a convenient area close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property manager was very kind and responsive and the housekeepers came every 2 days.
