Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ota City

We had a fantastic stay! Nobu was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host — always quick to respond and willing to help with anything. When we weren’t sure where my girlfriend’s brother was after arriving in town, Nobu kindly called the hotel to help us find him. He even left us a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay and reimbursed us some yen due to a previous guest’s accident, which showed great care and honesty. The apartment was spotless, neatly organized, and comforting — peaceful and quiet, away from the busy crowds. It had everything we needed: a full kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, and super easy check-in. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station. Getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other areas in Tokyo was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and a 7-Eleven just down the alley. Highly recommend this stay over a hotel!

Nice place just like the photos, very spacious for 4 persons, its near train station and theres many supermarket and minimart nearby. Also theres many great restaurants nearby especially yakitori izakaya named Torihachi that located just opposite the house, theres also Meihoya (ramen), Osaka ohsho (dumpling), Maruko (izikaya/teishoku) and Kitchen origin or Seiyu supermarket for bento/onigiri. Theres daiso too near the station

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Great place for a family vacation. I recommend to use a bus to get to the stations.

Amazing stay, really easy to get used to, everything was there and ready for us. Renko was extremely friendly and was there for our every need. The WiFi was strong and great location because it gave us the small town feeling in Tokyo with an easy accessible train station and short distance to the center of Tokyo, couldn’t have done better.

Miu’s place was conveniently located to supermarket, 7-11, kitashinagawa station and nice local places to eat. We would definitely like to stay again if we were given the opportunity

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

Perfect communication with owner, clear information, cozy accommodation for group of friends/family. Location is close to the subway, and not so far from Shinkansen Station. Big recommendation!

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A great value for 6 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen. The location was excellent, only a short walk to Kojiya Station. A convenience store was across the street and a wonderful boulergerie just a couple minutes away. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We highly recommended this place for an enjoyable visit to Tokyo.

Hiroyuki is very proactive, responsive and accommodating. Everything was so easy from check in to check out with the clear instructions and guidance he's provided. The size of the property was perfect for our family. It was a good walking distance from the station, close to the supermarket and restaurants. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The house is a short 15 minute walk to Omari Station or to Heiwajima Station and both stations are a quick way to access the rail system. The house is quiet and easy to enter and the facilities match the site description. There was a downloadable PDF for reference and a -printed copy was provided at the house which made operating all of the appliances easy as well as providing recommendations on where nearby shopping was available.

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to several grocery stores and restaurants and it was easy to get to the subway. The house was adorable, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.
