Perfect for all seasons: summer swimming and boating, spring birdsong, autumn walks with berries and mushrooms and winter coziness with a fire and a chance to see the northern lights. NOTE: Beach sauna is included in spring, summer and fall. Winter time (12/1–3/31) the sauna is booked separately for €50, including wood and water.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Hardly possible to find a more idyllic spot than this old rustic house, with its unique tar sauna overlooking the fields. The cabin just got an upgrade in 2024, and has now a second floor with a 3rd full bedroom and big studio space upstairs!

The cozy apartment is located on the beautiful Kyrönjoki river bank. Quiet location in the countryside, with outdoor and skiing trails nearby. Possibility to swim and paddle in the summer, etc. In addition to the beds, there is one sofa bed as an extra bed.
