New Ihana Pohjalaistalo in the center of Kauhava, along good transport connections. PowerPark is about 20 minutes away and the ABC service station and shop are about half a km away. Cosy loft apartment, with two bedrooms downstairs and a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the second floor. You walk through bedroom one to reach the other. The apartment is close to nature, but still only 5 km from central Pietarsaari. The apartment is a side building next to our house. The large yard has a playground and is surrounded by fields and forests with hiking trails.
