Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a lively village. Within a twenty km radius, you can reach, for example, Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close are wonderful beaches, amazing nature, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar and Ystad. Shops in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and a vending machine shop in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn, Tomelilla-Lund and Ystad.
