The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

The beautiful garden with fruit trees invites you to relax and makes the house a relaxing retreat – beautiful in summer and a great coolcation in winter.

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a lively village. Within a twenty km radius, you can reach, for example, Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close are wonderful beaches, amazing nature, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar and Ystad. Shops in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and a vending machine shop in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn, Tomelilla-Lund and Ystad.
